  I have an Active Directory Server with windows Server 2008 R2 as a domain controller. Now when I install another system with windows 2008 r2 and then attach it to this area, unfortunately however I connection, then by a user who has domain admin lever, many local resources (such as the sql server service) do me not stop or start them and also when I try to change local group policy, many of its elements are gray and I can't change.
  I thought that if the domain administrators group is a member of the local Administrators group, that he can help me to access these resources, but it is wrong, can anyone help me?

• Grid Infrastructure intense IO on the local device

  I installed 11 GR 2 and set up a RAC 2 nodes on some home systems. After you restart the systems and random, one of the nodes will begin to experience intense IO on the local drive where the software is installed. The shared storage where the files of the VDISK/OCR/DB see almost no activity, even with the database started. The IO jump as soon as the CRS is started and disappears as soon as the final src process stops. No matter how long I leave the host to the top, he just guard pounding on the local disk.   I am running centOS-5 and the version of the 11.2.0.3 grid. The host has 4 GB of memory in it.

  Why don't you use a certified platform? You cannot open an SR for Oracle Support because you are using CENTOS, if Oracle is unable to help you, hardly anyone will be able to solve.
