  I see that the OSK works for you, so perhaps the problem is a defective keyboard?  Have you tried to turn the laptop upside down and gently pat down to try to remove some of the bread crumbs between the keys (Lol).

  Yes, you can, but you must make sure that you install a version of Windows XP OEM. either the product key on the label will not work

  Can you please tell me what input language to use? If you want to use the same symbols on the keyboard value French as an input language, but if you want to use English input language, you should be familiar with the UK keyboard.

  I understand your keyboard is not working properly and you got the error ID PUX6JX-76678N-XD7V7G-G06E03.

  This error indicates a hardware failure of keyboard. The only viable solution is to replace the keyboard.

  You can see a guide on the replacement of the parts here: HP 15 Notebook PC - Maintenance and Service of Guide. The steps to replace the keyboard are on page 39, which also includes a list of replacement parts for keyboards.

  You can order a replacement seeking the part number on the Web site HP part Surfer or sites like Amazon or eBay.

  2. What is the number of brand and model of the laptop?

  I suggest to use the external keyboard and check if all the keys are working properly.

  Also use the keyboard on the screen and check if it works.

  This can happen on laptops when your hand brushes by mistake the touchpad.  My solution is to get a mouse and disable the touchpad.

  Language on your system settings, issue options of substitution of police in type palettes, General with the font used. You have not provided enough information for anything other than these generic pointers. Reset your type palettes, check your fonts and use one another, check your language settings and the keyboard...

• How can I create a bug report? -Key Shift stickiness

  I have frequent problems in Fusion, where the keystrokes inside the VM frequently enter the State where they are all becoming control keys. For example, type "quit" returns in the application within Windows as ^quⁱt.

  As you can see, it makes work in the virtual machine near impossible, because the difference between Shift keys and rays causes intolerable failures.

  Sometimes I can clear the problem by activating / disabling the mode of the unit. Most often, the problem occurs in Unity mode and out of this fashion helps. But sometimes the problem occurs in normal mode, and twice switching modes, and then help. Other times, there seems to be no help at all, and the virtual machine becomes unusable.

  The problem does not only with the key "control-sticky" but sometimes as a key "shift-sticky", or "inverted the upper locking button."

  My questions:

  1. How can I report this bug likely?

  2 is this a known bug?

  These conditions may occur if the client and the host of the keyboard state get out of sync.

  Keys stuck, try to press the change affected several times. A reversed, capslock key try the Virtual Machine > touch send > caps lock.
