  I apologize for the confusion. Options you speak of "photos, web and file" are located on the phone somewhere, lets say you click files. When you click on files, it will search the phone for available files that are able to print the ePrint app. To the extent where they are on the phone, you will need to search for them via the search screen, connection to the computer, or some files are program specific and only available in this program to be read, edited, or deleted.

This week(4/5/2013) I tried to open my account with my eprint address eprint and I could not connect. Today, I tried to login with my regular e-mail address and received this error message: submit Ajax failed. Error = 403, forbidden. Is this to say that I should use the eprint email address or I have to change pw and your email address? Thank you.

  A simple solution to an error 403 Ajax is (a) using a diffrenet sea borowser or (b) clear the cache, history, cookies and try again.

  I'm have slammed on my security assessment quarterly Oracle EPM Shared Services is not an automatic disabling user accounts after x period of time.  We migrate to 11.1.2.2 and wonder if the SSP has been improved with this security feature.

  Hello, firefox 29 and up is using a different synchronization system which is not compatible with the establishment of accounts in the old versions.

  in this case, you'd probably have to use a workaround and download the version of firefox before 28, turn off the automatic update for the moment (in options > advanced > update), bind it to the old sync account (with user name, password & recovery key) and upgraded after you successfully restore your data in this way...
