  I found the solution, see the following steps:

  1. Close outlook
  2. Open iCloud for Windows settings,
     • Remember settings
     • sign off to iCloud
  3. Connect to iCloud
  4. Restore settings
  5. Start outlook again
     • Point MenuBand should be back again

• I need to install icloud and icloud drive on a windows pc 10 otherwise than on the c drive.

  I have a new PC with a disc SSD C.  When I went through the routine to install player icloud that he installed on the C drive, that has a capacity less than what I have in storage in the cloud.  I can put the files on the disc on a D - ILA 2 TB drive.

  My setup of the computer must have a drive D: RAID mirrored with my user data on it and a SSD for the OS. Then I also have a network drive which is also a mirrored RAID disk that serves as my backup. I still have 2 copies of each work on the drive of local data file and after saving, more 2 copies on the network drive. I did lose a byte of data in 15 years even after several disk out of my drive to the operating system.

  I tried to update iTunes for Windows, and then uninstall it and then install again iTunes and iCloud for Windows, but I can't do any. I'm mainly getting the security file error when I try both uninstall and reinstall. Works fine on my laptop, but not in my office.   I'm late to the discussion of problems Outlook-iCloud. I have Windows 7, Outlook 2013. iCloud slipped all my elements of calendar and contacts and completely wiped out my mailing lists. I spent an hour each with a 'genius' of Apple and a technician in the Microsoft store, and does not have a clue! I have the latest version of iCloud for WIndows from 29/09/16. I'm syncing iPad Air2, v.10 and iPhone OS 5, not updated to v.10. Thanks for any help you can give me.

  Have you looked for them via iCloud.com > Mail app?

  The latest Version is the 6.0 and most likely a new Version does not solve your problem.

  It would be nice if you could provide the full error message-> if this is a Windows Installer Package error please check if you could install all Windows updates.

  I updated my Windows on the 4 Surface Pro "update for the Windows Version 10 1607 for x 64-based Systems (KB3176936)" on September 29, 2016.

  Once I restarted the computer, my iCloud app has stopped working. I have done a number of things, including remove and install again, but the following message keeps coming back.

  "iCloud for Windows did not install correctly. To fix it, you must go to programs and features, select iCloud in the list of programs and click on modify. When you are prompted, click Repair.

  After that, the iCloud app stops working. Before the update, everything was fine.

  What happens if you chose the repair?  Did you do that?

  Did you reboot safe mode and tried the facility from here or maybe even repair?

• Cannot access a document pages to icloud after Windows update

  After a recent upgrade to iCloud on my 10 Windows PC, I couldn't open one of my iCloud Pages documents.  I see the file on my computer (iCloud drive Windows), iCloud.com / #Pages and on my other Apple devices, but I can't open or download.  The app Pages on my apple devices indicate a file update, but after 2 days it has not completed update.  I do not see the file on the iCloud.com / #iClouddrive, and I do not see it on the list of files to restore.  If I try to access it from iCloud.com / #pages, the error message is generic, indicating that "something" went wrong and try again later.

  Where to get this file?  Anyone know how I can access?

  For Windows 10, you will need a minimum of iCloud 5.2 for Windows installed. Check your version, because maybe that's a problem.

  My experience with Windows 10 so far is that the update of the anniversary has destroyed a Windows 10 (VirtualBox 5.1.4) system that worked before and will refresh not simply a true PC running Windows 10, due to an error in installation script.

  Important information, I forgot to mention:

  The iPhone 4S running iOS 9.3.3 was completely wiped out and showed the "Welcome" screen

  I restored from backup to iCloud live and from that moment, I could connect the phone using iTunes

  Looks like you're having trouble with the iCloud Support Tool on your PC. I know how important it is to have the synchronization of data between all the devices - I will certainly do my best to help.

  The first thing I would recommend is the following the steps described in this article: iCloud: account troubleshooting while everything in this article resolve your particular issue, there are steps that you can use.

  The next step would be check to see if you have a firewall activated through your Windows software or through any anti-virus/anti-malware software you have installed. Sometimes firewalls may prevent your computer to communicate with our servers iCloud. To temporarily disable your Windows Firewall if it is enabled, follow the steps described in the following link:

  Enable or disable Windows Firewall

  Once you have the firewall turned off, try to connect again in the iCloud support tool. If you receive the same error, temporarily disable any anti-virus/anti-malware software that you have installed on your PC too. You can usually find steps on how to do this by visiting the software manufacturers web site. Test tool support once more to see if you get the same error to iCloud.

  If the same error, with the firewall still disabled, then I recommend the following steps:

  1 completely remove the decision-making tool in charge of iCloud, and then restart your PC.

  2. download iCloud for Windows and then restart your PC again.
