  I managed to solve this problem by connecting to iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and iTunes Store on all my devices (one at a time), and logging then again.

  2FA notifications now display the correct current Apple ID on all my devices.

  However, during the process of logging in, the keychain part iCloud confuses me...

  I first disconnected my iPhone (iOS 9.3.1) and then again. During the process, asked me for my keychain security key, I have icloud.
