  I spent some time trying the different charger and discovered versions this version 6.0.1.15 charger seemed to overcome the problem of error. The idea is to replace your current version of loader.exe 6.0.1.37 that comes with DTM 6.1 with the old 6.0.1.15 version I found on the page to download software of device bell for the torch 9800.   • If you get a new phone, you can continue to use the external battery, as they are generic.  Battery boxes have or dedicated batteries mean that often, you throw the case or the battery when you get a new phone.
  • External batteries can also load your tablet, in addition to your phone.
  • Pay attention to the side of mah external battery.  Smaller batteries have a much lower compared to the longer duration batteries mah rating.  The Torch 9810 is a 1300mah battery.  If a 2000mah battery will give you 150% more life.  A 6000mah battery allows you to reload the 9810 four times from zero to 100% before the battery needs to be recharged.

  A concern about these batteries is the USB connectors.  A few product reviews found USB ports fragile, especially when the battery is thrown into a backpack with the USB cord.  Constraint is applied on the USB port so that in the backpack... damage to the port.

  For some reason, the battery charge indicator is not displayed when charging.  The phone doesn't seem to be loading.  I can connect to the computer and sync contacts, so I don't think it's a problem with the actual connection.

  I bought a headset bluetooth hs300 last night.  I went to charge it and noticed there was no activity indicator LED.  The manual States that if it is charging green LED should Flash or stay on when completely charged.   I can confirm that the LED Green doesn't really work - it lights up when the load.  This problem persists when charging via USB or wall charger.  I'm afraid that the provided USB cord is bad and that I won't be able to charge the device.  I'll probably exchange the helmet today if someone can shed some light on the subject for me.  Thank you.

  I did the ultimate hardware reset in the end.  I returned it.  This one works perfectly.  I am impressed by the quality of the sound on a headset that has no specific to the noise filter circuit.  Works great, fantastic size, charge lasts forever.

  If the battery discharged spontaneously, that would actually cause for alarm. If your symptoms match something, then likely recommendation is to reload for a while (at least 2 hours, IMO) and then see if your BB is back to normal. If the behavior persists, consult a warranty evaluation.

  Turn off the clock during charging mode.

  Open the clock > options > select option when charging > set to do nothing.

  However, with the power on, please remove the battery again. Leave it for at least 10 minutes. Then put back in and wait through the restart - at least 20 total minutes (maybe a little more... "I wait 15 minutes after the reboot is complete before judging whether it is frozen or not).

  If this fails, I recommend to start safe mode and delete what you have installed just before it started:
