  I am currently under the free version of ESXi 4.1 with invited two (SBS 2011 and Win Server 2008 R2) operating systems. On the Win 2008 R2 client I'm under SAP Business One 8,81 pl03. It seems to work fine, however, we have some minor problems with some of the addons. SAP reported that they do not officially support ESXi 4.1, but supported ESX 4.1.

  Now, my question is that I'm able to get a copy of ESX 4.1 download (free license) or do I pay for vSphere essentials which I believe comes with both versions. It sounds ridiculous, because it is possible (and encouraged by VMWare) for ESX upgrade to the free version of ESXi 4.1.

  I firmly believe there is no significant problem with running SAP Business One on ESXi 4.1 is just that they (SAP) have not had the time to test and certify again.

• Partner account is no longer associated with my business

  I had a live windows, or something like it's called this week, account partner services Partner MS for the better part of 10 years.

  This weekend, this association has been removed. I was not informed of this by any entity Ms.

  Now I am unable to access my paid for benefits partner. I tried to re - link my account with my business, but I just got the message very unhelpful ' year error has occurred, please try later. " Three days later, I'm still not able to access anything whatsoever.

  As I am a sole proprietorship, I do not have an account to try to save. How to be: a) access to my resources to partner, or b) get a refund I only renewed by August 2015.

  If I could know that load during the 10 minutes that I was holding on the phone to some calls, before being cut, that would be nice too. It's nice to see that good customer service remains the lowest priority for Microsoft.

• How to install Windows XP Home SP2 to a Dell 755 Tower comes with Vista Business installed?

  OK guys,

  I aquried a used Dell 755 minitower that had wiped HARD drive, but originally shipped with Vista Business installed o/s. This computer still had the sticker code product key for Vista Business on the computer.

  I have a Windows XP Home SP2 OEM disc with a product code and tried to install it on this computer, but I get an protection windows with a blue screen error whenever I tried.

  I have a Vista Home OEM disk basic with its own key code product. The computer has allowed me to install this operating system, but not would allow me to use its product key code, but would allow me to use the old Vista Business key product code that was on the computer and complete the installation. Everything was fine, but I just don't like Vista o/s and I would like to install my OEM Windows XP Home SP2 to this computer and high grade it to SP3.

  In dealing with this computer, I discovered it would allow me to load Windows XP Pro just find, but I was using a copy borrowed this o/s and had to uninstall if I could return it to its owner. I also borrowed a copy of Windows 7 OEM I installed in this machine and it works just fine, but I had to uninstall it to return to its owner.

  I still want to know why I can't install Windows XP Home Edition for this machine.  Does anyone have information about this situation or a way to solve it?

  Looks like the drive you borrowed your friend had a SATA driver integrated into it.  What you can do, is go into the BIOS and change the AHCI to IDE mode.  This should allow you to install XP.  Or you could use a floppy disk and install the driver by pressing f6 during installation.

  Don't forget: OEM keys are related to the original motherboard enabled on.

  I know that you can use only physical standby with EBS, however I have a few basic questions about specific values < SETTING > and how they are treated by a standby.

  Given that the standby and primary servers will have different host names and that generally there are < FRAME > specific values that include the hostname, where they will have to change on the standby server, both from the point of view of the battery backup Apps and within the standby database itself, I wondered how it would happen.
