  I looked online and found several places where this error is reported, but none of the suggested fixes worked for me.

  I tried:

  -Delete the folder Skype

  -Reinstall Skype

  -Uninstall IE updates (the futhest I could roll it back was IE8 on my Windows 7 PC)

  -Temporary files IE Deleated and others

  And probabley a few other things that I don't remember.

  None of them worked, and the program still crashes. I wonder if I will be forced to reinstall Windows in the hope of him fixing the broken ieframe.dll file, but I don't want to do this unless I have no other choice because it's a long time to delete all my files from my PC so I can do.

  Try to uninstall IE9 - this will automatically return you to IE8 - see if the problem is solved by doing this.

  You can uninstall IE9 as follows.

  Open windows control panel, open Windows Update, click View Update history, click "To remove an update, see installed updates", scroll down the list under 'Microsoft', find the entry for Windows Internet Explorer 9, right click and select uninstall.  Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the PC.
