  Adobe does not sell older versions of their software.  You have to take your chances buying through some third party provider if you are able to find one.

  You have not only done 2015 CC adobe.  You subscribe to the creative cloud that allows you to activate the Photoshop installation on two machines.  You should be able to re - install Photoshop on your machine turned on. If you can not try using Adobe cleaner. Use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
