If I delete photos from my iPad are they always stored in iCloud?
I need to free up storage on my iPad and to delete some pictures. I have a lot of space on my icloud, but don't want the photos deleted from there. Are they registered or just moved to the recently deleted folder? What is the point of iCloud to save photos if they will be deleted?
ICloud unfortunately not work the way you think. It's not a traditional based cloud backup platform, and what you are thinking and should consider if you are looking to free up space on your devices, are a third-party application like Dropbox, Flickr or Google Photos.

Can I remove photos from my iPad, but leave them in iCloud?
Do you mean by "supported up to iCloud" you use iCloud photo library? In this case, meeting of the iPad will remove the iCloud way photo. iCloud library updates the changes to the devices. If you remove apt on a single device, the deletion will be synchronized to iCloud and from there to all devices.
To save storage on your new iPad turn on "Optimize storage" in the settings to iCloud. Then the original high-resolution photos will be replaced with smaller versions on your iPad, and if you need a photo for editing or sharing full version must be downloaded from iCloud.

Recently, I switched from PC to Mac, and I transferred all my files photo. Now I am their integration in the Photos app in the dock (by dragging the file etc). But when I include photos from a folder in the Photos app in the dock, and then create an album for them, their order in the album change of what it is in the file. It is important for me to keep them in the same order that they were in the file. (In the file it is in numerical order). Any solution?
You can drag and drop to any order in your albums.

due to lack of space on my HARD drive, I moved Photoslibrary to a USB port. When I connect my iPhone 6 I am able to transfer photos from my phone to the PhotosLibrary on the USB port, but when I sync, photo library is not get highlighted on the USB port. Cannot synchronize.
Hello, manoj0910.
Please visit Apple support communities.
Looks like you can't synchronize the pictures located on your external drive. I need a little more information about your configuration to provide a better answer. However, we will try to sync your photos through the section of the file through the article below. You just need to direct iTunes to where your photos are stored on your external drive.
If your photos are in a folder
- Select "Choose a folder" from the context menu.
- Choose the folder where you store your photos.
- Click on apply.
You can arrange photos in subfolders to create photo albums.
