If I switch to 4 FF I'll be able to keep my bookmarks and modules I have installed so far?

I saw that the new FF 4 is out so I wanted to switch to it. But I wanted to know if my modules installed on 3.6 will be usable in 4 FF. Also, should I do a backup copy of bookmarks or they will be passed to a newer version?
If the modules transfer what is the average time in which people generally repeat their Add-ons to be used in the new versions?

It will use your current bookmarks.

For Add-ons, it will check to see if they are compatible, for those who are not compatible, it will offer to check for updates and disable those that are not compatible.

Three are not the average time of updated modules, there will be others who have been abandoned by the developer and be refreshed. If you find there is including which modules no longer work ask here about their, anyone know of an alternative.
