If Lightroom is included with membership of creative cloud, why it requires a serial number?

I had a subscription CS6 for some time but just installed Lightroom since the Application Manager. When I started it by asking her if I have a serial number or you want to try. If it is included in the creative Cloud service, why he is not activate as the rest of the CS applications?

Here are several troubleshooting methods that should get reactivated by your Adobe ID applications:

A. follow steps 4 and 5 of http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/convert-cs6-licensed-under-ccm.html:

  1. Launch the application.
  2. Click on the button of the license of this software .
  3. See your Adobe ID in the dialog box and click the Sign In button.

B. use Adobe Application Manager to install a different application to the activation of the trigger with the help of your Adobe ID

C. if an application is launched without having to ask for a serial number but another doesn't, then the application that is activated choose Help > deactivate in the menu. Revive and activate the application.

D. reinstall the Adobe Application Manager here: http://www.adobe.com/applicationmanagerpatch/index.html. Then re-open the application.

If none of these methods resolve the problem, then provide:

  1. Version of your operating system.
  2. The three log files: PDApp.log, amt3.log and oobelib.log.
  3. Send this information to [email protected].

Get the files of newspapers under Windows:

  2. Type mkdir Desktop\logs and press enter. This will create a folder named logs on your desktop.
  3. Type copy %temp%\PDApp.log Desktop\logs\PDApp.log and press enter. This will copy the file PDApp.log in the folder logs.
  4. Type copy %temp%\amt3.log Desktop\logs\amt3.log and press enter. This will copy the file amt3.log in the folder logs.
  5. Type copy %temp%\oobelib.log Desktop\logs\oobelib.log and press enter. This will copy the file oobelib.log in the folder logs.
  6. Zip the folder of papers using a program like 7-Zip Zip (available at http://www.7-zip.org).

Get logs on Mac OS x:

  1. Open the Terminal (located in the utilities in your Applicationsfolder).
  2. Type mkdir ~/Desktop/logs and press enter. This will create a folder named logs on your desktop.
  3. Type cp ~/Library/Logs/PDApp.log ~/Desktop/logs/PDApp.log and press enter. This will copy the file PDApp.log in the folder logs.
  4. Type cp /tmp/amt3.log ~/Desktop/amt3.log and press enter. This will copy the file amt3.log in the folder logs.
  5. Type cp /tmp/oobelib.log ~/Desktop/oobelib.log and press enter. This will copy the file oobelib.log in the folder logs.
  6. Type tar-czf ~/Desktop/logs.tgz ~/Desktop/logs and press enter. This will create the file logs.tgz on the desktop. You can ignore the message: tar: removing leading "/" names of members.
