  The answer is maybe. I don't know if you can on a Mac, I know that MAC is 64-bit only and was no 64 no bits photo plugin package for CS5 Mac. I don't know about Mac Web Photo Gallery.

  If your using windows and use the perpetual version of CS6 version 13.0.1.2 for windows, you can install plug-ins for Photoshop CS5 optional in this version of the CS6.   Plug-in (WebContactSheetII) Web Photo Gallery won't work if you install the necessary files.  However if you subscribe to CC some plugin support has been removed from version 13.1.2 CS6 and CC.  An old plug-ins like the Web and Picture Package used Photo Gallery feature is no longer available in Photoshop.

  You have all other administrator accounts you log on?  If you want to restore your system back to factory settings, you will need to start in your boot options.  In general, each brand has different ways of access to this.  I suggest you look at your owner's manual or by visiting the manufacturer's website.

  Total SCAM.  Like everyone, I bought CS6 three years ago.  I disabled it from an old laptop and when I tried to reinstall on a new laptop I got notice that my product key has been revoked.  After nearly 3 hours back and forth, including providing proof of purchase (it was a challenge because 3 years ago), I was assured that my license agreement was "perpetual", but that they could not reactivate or give me a new product key.  Then they Adobe rep said it was a counterfeit copy that was BS. Then he (Sumat) says that the company I bought the product wasn't "authorized dealer Adobe."  I contacted the company during a chat, and they confirmed that they are.  Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor he gave me a number to call.  I called him.  After another long go round they told me they couldn't help me, but the 'cat' operator would reactivate my code.  I went back to the cat and they kept giving me the runaround and do not resolve the issue.  Completely dishonest and fraudulent business practices to the customer. If there is a class action against Adobe I want to be a part.  I saved my chat logs and would be happy to offer them as proof that Adobe is scamming customers.

• Subscription cancelled CC highlights security CS6 installed PS / license

  I was so wrong with PS CC, but then I discovered that this is a minimum on a 4K screen and Adobe seems unable to allow bridge (which is an important part of my workflow) on a 4K display.  It is a problem for the instance I (had) installed on my new laptop and external monitor.  I cancelled the subscription of the CC and uninstalled all CC programs on the laptop and opted for PaintShop Pro for this computer.

  My office is always my main computer, and I uninstalled PS CC of this machine as well.  But then, I got a score of nag CC whenever I run my PS CS6 under license.  I initially could get around it, but decided I didn't want any more trash CC on my computer.  Bridge CC was still on the office, as was the application of CC desktop - both have been uninstalled.  After that, I can't open CS6 PS at all.  I tried Creative Cloud Uninstaller and creative Cloud cleaning tool, but they did not help.

  1. How can I cancel my CC 'free '?  It is no longer a service and can be a factor in denying me access to my licensed applications.

  2. How can I regain access to my PS CS6 licensed?  Completely uninstall and reinstall?  Reinstall on top?  Disable and re-enable the CS6 PS (which I can't do if I don't have access to the programme)?  Some magic utilities?
