• InDesign CC 2015 will not open

  Hi all, I'm having a problem with my copy of ID CC 2015. I use the application on a computer to Win7 64-bit. As far as I know, we have no major update of the system or the changes in the last days.

  When I try to launch ID, I get an error message that says "Adobe InDesign CC 2015 has stopped working" but essentially, the splashscreen is displayed and the application attempts to initialize, but never completely starts because of the error. S

  I had this problem with the previous version of yesterday, so I've updated the app via CC this morning. The same problem persists.

  Anyone has a suggestion for what I could try before I have to call Adobe support and lose 2 hours on the phone?

  Exactly what I was expecting. We can solve this problem. It is related to MSVCR120. DLL file. There are two ways we can go about this:

  1 send me an email with your details to return call and I will get back to you to solve the problem.

  2 follow these steps in the exact order, and you can do it yourself:

  1 reset (rename or delete) files (en_US) InDesign preference files the and itinerant. Please see: InDesign and locations of support Preferences

  2 download the repair MSVCR files from this link: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 updated 4 of the official Microsoft Download Center

  3. download the first two files EXE (x 86 & x 64)

  4. run both of them one by one, choose the repair option.

  5 restart the computer after completing the execution of these two

  6. start InDesign and you should be good to go.

  It seems that Both Photoshop and Creative have questions assessing the library on your MAC.

  Gives read and write Adobe file in / library and ~/Library in support of the request.

  You could refer to the answer in wire Re: install Creative Cloud Desktop, but I got error 13 a question permission on my MacBookPro, why?

  Run repair disk Permission utility disk

  

  Otherwise use Photoshop tool Adobe CCleaner to remove creative cloud, and reinstall.

  I know that this subject has come up before but my case different seams of cases I searched and found.

  When you try to upgrade to the latest version of Indesign, I get an error indicating that:

  Update failed.

  Restart your system and try again. (15)

  When I click on 'More information'

  I get the following error code...

  Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, the ERROR:

  I have not had a problem update of all other applications.

  And I also tried to download Indesign directly and install it that does not work either saying "this patch is not applicable to you.

• Premiere Pro CC 2015 will not launch in Windows 10 PC

  First of all, my setup is a Samsung ATIV book 8, with a new SSD (Samsung 850 EVO) and a new install of Windows 10 applications Adobe through the creative cloud.

  I am running Windows 8.1, and I tried to get 2014 CC InDesign to work all night. I looked at possible solutions to these forums, but they do not work, or do not apply. When I try to delete the preferences to make it work, the folder is empty and has nothing to delete. I also ran the cleanup tool, but when I check the report, it says that it failed. I am at a loss. Are there other solutions?

  The problem here is the installation program could not set permissions on files preferably, if the ID cannot write them (this is why they aren't there). Find two Adobe files in appdata/roaming and Appdata/local and set the system and your user full control for the folder and its subfolders.

  Hi, I'm under CS6 and Illustrator and Indesign times keep crashing on launch.

  I reset the machine several times and tried holding Cmd + Option + shift at the launch of the program.

  but both crash always right after the start screen. Photoshop seems to work very well,

  but both my fonts (Fontbook and Linotype FontExplorer X) managers are crash on launch too.

  Any advice? particularly with regard to whether the inability of the system to perform the font manager prevents Illustrator and Indesign to launch,
