Premiere Pro cc 2015 will not launch after putting in
3 I just updated Premiere Pro cc 2015 via Creative Cloud on Dec 2015
Then, when I tried to open it, I had this error message:
The application failed to start properly (0x000001d).
Reset did not help.
I am running Windows 7. The Premiere Pro cc2015 worked fine on this machine, so I doubt that the problem due to the plug to my computer.

First of all, my setup is a Samsung ATIV book 8, with a new SSD (Samsung 850 EVO) and a new install of Windows 10 applications Adobe through the creative cloud.

It seems that Both Photoshop and Creative have questions assessing the library on your MAC.
Gives read and write Adobe file in / library and ~/Library in support of the request.
You could refer to the answer in wire Re: install Creative Cloud Desktop, but I got error 13 a question permission on my MacBookPro, why?
Run repair disk Permission utility disk
Otherwise use Photoshop tool Adobe CCleaner to remove creative cloud, and reinstall.

Please go to the Task Manager on your windows 7 prcesses tab (CTRL + SHIFT KEY + ESC), check the box that says "show all processes of users." Once close all Adobe found in the process tab processes.
After that, please go to the documents folder and rename files like Old_Adobe Adobe
Then click on the Start button and in search programs and files box, type %AppData%, this will take you to the roaming folder. In this, rename the Adobe folder as old_Adobe.
Restart your machine. Launch of Premiere Pro > sign in then check the behavior.

Premiere Pro CC 2015 will install on my second computer for backup. The Application Manager lists only the first CS6 in option, which takes 20 seconds to download and finishes (obviously not the program). This is a reformatted machine and a brand new facility - no previous version is still on the machine. Literally, the CC was the 2nd application installed. I managed to install other applications CC 2015 - Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, etc. I have the full CC license and have installed Premiere Pro CC 2015 on my main machine. Any help would be appreciated!
Have you checked the first Pro CC 2015 requirements to see if your computer meets them? If your sytem was short somehow the Desktop Manager it will list not by download.

Premiere Pro 1.5 will not load
Hello
After a certain period of time "away" from the edition he thought time to get back in it. However, my Premiere Pro 1.5 will not start on my computer. (Normally), it gets to loading Wave_Warp AEX, stop, think about it for awhile, then the re-boot computer itself! It works fine on my laptop and I tried on my desk of wives without any problem. I tried everything I can think to stop this happening, including a full system restore with the disc format hard drive thinking HARD own would agree, but no, the same result. I suspect there is a compatibility problem with this computer, which is a version of Win XP Media Hewlett Packard media machine running. Any help or advice appreciated - I have spent a lot of time trying to get this to work and it's before I started to edit!
PS I'm very much a 'home' user, and if don't want to go to load again upgrade, only to find that would have the same problem - I had an older version of the 'trial' of Pro 2.0, but that had the same result, the computer has re-boots during loading.

Computer:
Mac Pro 2013 (trash)
OS: 10.10.5
Map:
AJA Kona 3 G + 4 e/s
Installed in mercure Helios via Thunderbolt
I can capture in the AJA control room, the computer recognizes the card and my Mac Pro towers plays very well with the first CC 2015 + combo 4 Kona.
What I did to solve problems:
-Replace the mercure Helios with mercure Helios 2
-Replace cable Thunderbolt
-Ports exchanged
-J' tried CC 2014
-Restarted
-Standing on one foot...
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi you all. Im having trouble getting Premiere Pro to launch. I just signed up through CC and get everything paid, Premiere Pro installed and when I click on the 'open' tag, nothing happens. Nothing at all. Ive reinstalled it and the same thing; absolutely nothing happens. So I went to the parent folder when the application is installed, find the .exe and clicked on what gave me this message: "the application could not start properly (0xc000001d). Click OK to close the application. »

vCAC Designer (cloudutil.exe) will not launch after upgrading to 6.1
After having recently upgraded 6.0.1 to 6.1, we are unable to launch the vCAC GUI Designer (cloudutil.exe). The error stated at the launch of the designer customer is as follows:
We tried the following already without success:
- We have a ticket open with support. A sev 1 for two weeks now. The ticket is with genius. Substantial quantities of newspapers were provided to support.
- The designer has been improved in 6.1 installation. We followed the procedure to uninstall the old client of Designer, download a new of the IaaS VAMI and install it.
- We get the same error, no matter which client or server is installed on the client of the designer. We tried the IaaS server itself (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1) and several client machines (WIndows 7 SP1).
- We use self-signed certificates. Not that it should matter as it was working before the update 6.1 with self-signed certificates, but we validate the cert is in the store of confidence on all computers where the client attempts to run from.
- We tried to remove the client, ensuring that the customer directory no longer exists and reinstall the client.
- Also tried running Setup of customer "as an administrator".
- Validated the client installation program (DesignCenter - Setup.exe) is not "blocked" by right-clicking on it-> properties-> unlock.
- Tried to launch the Designer customer (cloudutil.exe) in different compatibility modes.
- We are able to run the query in the CLI commands by using cloudutil.exe. This confirms that he is able to talk to the back end. We can even list of all our stubworkflows and see the various revisions of them, but you can't change/see the stubworkflows using the CLI (this must be attached to a separate... note).
We noticed the DynamicOps.Repository Assembly in the error references Version 6.0.0.0 after the upgrade. Some assemblies is not upgraded / replaced as part of the upgrade, it appears, so it's possible, it's normal, but it stood out.
Unrelated to this, we are having a problem with the workflow specific heel after the upgrade as well and you have another position open about it here that Workflow Stub WFStubBuildingMachine fails after upgrading to 6.1
Because we cannot enter the designer customer, we are not able to solve the problems, which means that we are down hard. We would prefer not to roll back even if we have good backups, as if no one else knows this problem then VMware will probably not initially get of it, and we will not be able to upgrade to 6.1 down the road with confidence.
Has anyone seen this or something similar? Even if you do not, you have any suggestions to try?
In case someone else runs into this problem, here is what has been done to work around this problem:
- Open the cloudutil.exe.config file located in the Design Center directory is installed in.
- Add the following block of the code highlighted in red between the two lines in black.
- Save the file and close.
- Restart the Client to the designer.
This will tell the designer Client to use only 6.1 assemblies at the launch. The customer refers to 6.0 assemblies during the launch after the upgrade which are not present on the file system longer, so it's the only way known to work around him. The development isn't sure why old assemblies are always referenced, but they are reproduced it in their laboratory.

Premiere Pro CC 2014 will not play anything.
Today, I launched a brand new installation of first Pro CC 2014 upwards (this is a trial) on a new iMac (3.5 GHz intel Core i7, 32 GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 M 4096 MB) and my project that was working fine yesterday on my MacBook Air will not play anything. The images are all H.264 digital SLRs. My sequences won't play, won't play my videos, my merged clips will not play, my multi cam sequences will not play. You press play and the play button becomes a stop button, but nothing happens. I tried to log in as root, but it will not play there either. All images are sitting on an external Lacie 4TB thunderbolt drive.
Any thoughts?
I thought it might as well be the permissions... ends by it was something really simple, but that didn't make any sense.
Audio hardware preferences has created the system to input/output by default. Transition to the integrated output fixed.
No idea why the audio hardware settings would keep the photo playback, but there you have it. Thanks to the support of technology Adobe useful phone.

Premiere Pro 2.0 will not install on windows 7
I just installed windows 7 Pro and I am trying to install the Premiere Pro 2.0, but it seems that the cd player will not even read the disc. He tries for a while, then abandons, producing nothing. I managed to do work ONCE and everything seems to be going through all the normal setup procedures, including asking my serial number, I gave it. But at some point he has hung up, was told he could not install something and then stopped without any explanation. There is no trace of any part of this program on the computer at all. So, I'm puzzled as to why this is happening. Someone has an idea?

I just downloaded LR CC after using the stand-alone version of the LR5. But when I click on the new icon of LR to start nothing happens. The splash screen appears for a split second very fast, but that's all. I tried to restart my computer, but still not launch. I have to do something with my LR5 first?
