  I'm sorry, it is not possible to download PDFs of cloud of document to your mobile device. You will need to send the PDF or transfer it via bluetooth/datacable if you want to keep on your local device memory.

  I built a Web of Muse site in some languages and I have to do the update on a regular basis, but I had problems with the "active links" as they are called in Muse. Apparently the links were too far away or the cloud on my local disk update file reacts differently to the Muse than a local non-nuage file. I was told to support using only a local not bound-cloud folder to store my Muse files and assets.   Save your Muse site folder as well as the elements of your site in your creative cloud folder. Be sure to have a desktop synchronization with the desktop CC application.

  You can certainly work since the .muse directly file in your Local creative cloud folder and it automatically syncs on the cloud server until the synchronization is enabled. It works great. I do it every day.

  Looks like it was a problem of firewall network for me.  I moved to another network to give it a try and it installed fine.  Don't expect Lightroom to settle now.

  Looks like a network vs a number Apple.  Mine (more than 7,000 photos/videos) took several days to download too.  I know you mentioned this happened about 150 photos, then you might want logging on all your devices from iCloud, wait a bit, then check in.  You could also use this method which helped me as well- use pictures - Apple Support Library repair tool
