file management cloud creatives

I would read a short paper (and NOT a video) on how to better manage files Creative cloud on my computer and in the cloud. I thought this would be intuitive and obvious, but is not... for me in any case.

Some of my problems:

I built a Web of Muse site in some languages and I have to do the update on a regular basis, but I had problems with the "active links" as they are called in Muse. Apparently the links were too far away or the cloud on my local disk update file reacts differently to the Muse than a local non-nuage file. I was told to support using only a local not bound-cloud folder to store my Muse files and assets. In the case of an animation (file .oam), he had to sit naked right beside the file Muse so that the active link stay active once I'm done. So now, whenever I want to be sure that it is back up, I need to save a copy of my Muse folder in my folder of creative cloud on my hard drive. This seems redundant and may be unnecessary, but I don't know if I need to do or not. FYI, I'm on a Macintosh. I saw a page for a link to the cloud in Windows, but it does not have an analogue for the Mac.

Relying on the creative cloud backward with precision my files, left me with having to rebuild my site because he has completely lost the current version. I don't know how it happened, but I have a guess. After doing all the work, I tried to consolidate my files and just keep the materials I needed. I don't like that I'm not using files stored with the good things, because it makes it harder to find the good stuff. In the process, I threw probably something of import. I would like to see a clear explanation of best practices for the use of Muse to store assets as well to the local drive and in the cloud.

Just as a sidebar to my previous comment about not wanting to see another bad video explanation: most of the videos on the internet is poorly organized and produced. They are a waste of time to watch and where I live here in Vietnam, you have an evening just to download a short video.

Save your Muse site folder as well as the elements of your site in your creative cloud folder. Be sure to have a desktop synchronization with the desktop CC application.

You can certainly work since the .muse directly file in your Local creative cloud folder and it automatically syncs on the cloud server until the synchronization is enabled. It works great. I do it every day.

For more details on how to make the most creative cloud file storage you can ask for more in the creative forum Cloud.
