  It is strange that you have run the cleanup tool and that it did not always work

  You can try to connect to the Root user account and then run the cleanup tool and then check.

  I tried several times to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, but it WON'T install.  It downloads fine, but when you click on install, load the Adobe's Installation file (window), but that he was doing the lock of my computer.  Why?  I had 13. I tried to download Photoshop and other programs through the application of office creative cloud without success. I did a video before describing this problem and I did not get anywhere with a solution on forums or online. I tried to make installations manual with the download live file and even copied an a 10.11.0 installation mac and it still does not work.

  I think it's weird I'll install on a Mac 10.11.0 no problem, but if it is updated to 10.11.1 it stops working completely and won't allow you to re - install.

  Follow the instructions guys. If you do it step by step you should be fine

  (1) disconnect CC

  (2) close all applications of CC for example Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

  (3) open CC

  (4) Begin download

  Well G drive Installation will proceed, but you should also have little space on C, essential to the buffer motivation.

  Its always recommended, you should have some free space on drive C, the basic motivation.

  Try to make space on the C drive and then try to install it on G and check.
