Image license allowing commercial use / edition?

Hi all

Image license allowing commercial use / edition?

Thank you

Hello

It depends on the type of commercial use.  You can use them in creative projects as shown below, but you are not allowed to sell derivative products based on an image for example putting the picture on a mug and sell it

Where can I use Adobe Stock photos, illustrations and graphics?

Adobe Stock photos, illustrations and vectors can be used in any creative project, including print ads, brochures, presentations, posters, book covers, advertisements, Web sites and annual reports. For the complete picture, license terms, see "Stock Photos" under Section 1.5: additional terms to http://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html.

Who help me?

Thank you

Bev

  • Image licensing Adobe Stock and the use of images in various media

    Hello

Recently, I bought a license Adobe stock of 10 images, standard license. And I have licensed a few images for purposes of exposure of our societies (IE; to design posters for exhibition stand). I have read your terms and condition and found that no renewal of the licenses don't need to if the image uses for the same company. I have some doubts about the license can you advice me whether it is possible or not

    1. can I use my images licensed (which I used for the written press) for additional media like Web page company, social media like facebook, twitter, linkedIn, google + etc and our company brochures.

    2. is it possible to add my images under license with the label of a product for resale. (product like Fanta, KitKat, Cerelac etc)

    Hello

    1. Yes, you can use the images for other types of media providing you respond with the license terms & conditions - full info available here - royalty free graphics, pictures and photos | Adobe Stock

    2. you can use the images on a label/packaging of the product as long as it is not reproduced more than 500 000 times in total. Section 3.2 of the terms.

  • CC vs individuals license professional for a Commercial use license

You can use Creative Cloud 'Individuals' if there is only one employee in the company by using the applications of license rather than 'Business' license for commercial use?

As far as I know, there is no restrictions on what you are DOING with the software, bit there are different types of clouds accounts based on the number of licenses you wish to purchase

  • The standard for Adobe Stock license allow me to use images inside a coloring book for resale?

My object header pretty much everything says. I would use images inside a coloring book and also like to use images inside books for children - both for resale. The standard license will allow this? I understand that you are not supposed to sell a single image as a poster, t-shirt or a Cup, but I'm looking to embed multiple images in a project that would have additional items.

    Hi @stephenw21137983,.

No, the standard license does not allow this use. He takes an extended license for each image that you want to use in the coloring book, as the images are the main value of books coloring.

  • Commercial use in licenses for personal license for Windows 8

    Dear community,

After talking with some people I ask this question which is much broader than my previous:

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/windows_8-windows_install/Windows-8-personal-use-license-what-exactly-is/88ef8edf-AA1C-413c-9b3a-1503fcad0529

The license agreement end user for personal use license seems to allow a kind of commercial use: "If you use the software as an operating system for commercial use, you may not license more than five copies of the software for such commercial use altogether.

For example, the execution as an additional operating system on a virtual machine or a separate partition seems that it cannot be restricted in 'personal use '.

Please can someone explain what commercial uses are allowed?

Microsoft licenses/litigation has been very helpful.

    Thank you

    Matej salvation,

Your question of Windows is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. Appropriate in the TechNet forums.

  • Site of free photos (commercial use allowed)

    Hello!

    Just a quick question:
I am looking for a Web site, which allows me to download free images even for commercial purposes. There should be a range extended to images, suitable for many components of the company.

Any ideas? A what someone has already done some good experiences somewhere?

    Thank you!

I normally take my own or find them in a client. In the rare cases where the customer wants something, I can't take myself or that they cannot provide, I look at the Getty, Comstock, or one of the other paid sites, then include costs for images in their citation.

  • Question [about license and the use of a font]

I am a representative of a company involved in the production of educational material. We are currently doing books, videos, Web sites and mobile applications.  We have a few questions and a quick response will be a great help for us. 1. If we agree with Adobe CC, can we use the bundled font Myriad Pro for commercial purposes specifically in the production of books, Web sites, mobile applications, videos and as well our company logo? 2. If in the case, we are not allowed to use Myriad Pro, can you please list the situations (or cases) in which we are not allowed to use this font. 3. is it possible to buy a license for situations that mention you in number 2? (We are strongly interested in using Myriad Pro, especially in the realization of the Web site) 4. we intend to use the Myriad Pro in the subtitles of our video clips, but our situation is that we will not make a separate file, but rather, let's do static image in the video. What is your policy (or the license details) for that?  Additional information: we will use Photoshop to our image and Adobe Premiere for our video work.   Thank you very much and a quick response would be greatly appreciated. (I've already sent an email to ) ( [email protected] , but they have yet to respond.)
