  If the computer you sold is supplied with Pro pre-installed on it, it would be an OEM license and cannot be used on another computer.

  If it was an upgrade of retail full version and you delete or Pro to him before you sold the other computer, you would not be able to use Pro either again on another computer.

  The only way that you can reuse the activation key again is if the key is not in use on another computer and is a commercial version.

  Yes, it's very well - there is no restriction on the use of an individual membership in the trade.

  Teams of small business plans are more expensive that you get additional storage and tools for managing the deployment of license.

  For example, the execution as an additional operating system on a virtual machine or a separate partition seems that it cannot be restricted in 'personal use '.

  Please can someone explain what commercial uses are allowed?

  I have a PC where Vista Business came pre-installed.  I ignored the offer to upgrade to Windows 7, which was to come out soon.  Now, I need to use the bitlocker feature that is not available on my version of Vista.  It seems that my only option to achieve this functionality is upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate and I need to buy a new license of Windows 7.  Is this correct?  Given that Windows 8 is expected this year there will be an offer for me to upgrade to it at a special rate?  Is it possible that I can buy just an upgrade of Vista professional for Vista Ultimate?  Thank you.

  Because Anytime Upgrade is no longer available for Vista, you will need to buy a copy to standard retail or upgrade to Vista Ultimate.  Vista has been on the shelves of retailers for some time, you may need to look on online auction sites.

  Remember that Vista Ultimate only adds multilingual, Bitlocker and Extras.  Are you sure that you need?

  If you are seen Windows 7 please download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor to determine the State of your current software under Windows 7.

  Windows 8 is radically different from Vista and Windows 7.  Make sure that you preview before you buy.

  My personal choice would be to continue using Vista Business or upgrade to Windows 7 Professional.  Windows 7 Ultimate does not even have Extras.

  Nothing wrong with using them in a personal environment or professional (commercial).

  Of course, due to them being consumer editions of Microsoft Windows, if you have a DC at work (Windows Server), you might not be able to access some network resources.

  In your case you will very likely get extended licenses for images from Fotolia.com otherwise you would have to buy a new license for each Member who has access to use the weather picture they actually use it or not...

  If you have a license (CD, serial number, etc.), then you can always use it as per the license.  But it is quite old and unlikely to work well on modern versions of operating system.

  You 'Royalty Free' rights free of charge can be granted or pay for it.  Music sites "Royalty Free" often have several awards.  Individual use will be much cheaper than the use in business.

  It is a premier forum, not a Premier Pro forum elements or hearing.  But, if Adobe labels tracks provided with these programs and call them 'Royalty Free' and does not list the restrictions, you can use it for what you want.

  Another approach is called "Creative Commons".  Basically, you can benefit from creative use of the work if you provide proper credit.  It helps to spread and the reputation of the artist.   Creative Commons "licenses" have several versions and can also be confusing.

  I have a question about using a student licensed CS4 for commercial purposes, after it is not in school. I just spend several hours of research on this topic and speak to a representative of the service via chat to increase my confusion. Some messages say yes, some say no, some say not only to users outside of the United States, some seem to say yes to education editions, but not student license versions (if there is a difference?) and have the rep that I spoke said no.

  So, to be sure, I ask here: can I use my student license CS4 Design Standard version to perform commercial work after I am out of school? I bought everything in college legitimately, it's the kind that you have to make the student license web page on adobe.com in order to get the serial number for. However, I have seen several contradictory responses on the forums about this version. I don't know if the versions of "Student permit" are the same as the versions "Student Edition", or "Education Edition" versions or 'Teacher Edition', or if any of these last three are even real versions.

  To be clear, the 'word' edition appears at all on my CS4 student license package. The cover art of the package has a white background with a vertical line in the middle of it which consists of Red blends.

  There are no restrictions against you using your licensed version student to CS4 (either for the suites or individual programs) for other commercial purposes that work that you can not sell or otherwise transfer your license to anyone else.
