Image quality in published. SWF

I have a flowchart has been created with MS PowerPoint and saved as an image. I tried to save it as a. JPEG. GIF. PNG, etc.

After I saved the image, I do "Insert-> Image" in Captivate 4. The image is the right size, so it does not need to be cropped or reduced to fit. The image looks great after its insertion, but when I publish the project to a. SWF, the image becomes slightly distorted, in particular the text on the chart (the text was added in PowerPoint, don't Captivate not - I know all about the issue of transparent text...)

I tried to remove the text in PowerPoint and then adding text on the boxes on the image captions - it works a little better, but the text is still blurry, even after I try the methods of correction different transparent text.

For any help or suggestion is welcome!

Hello

Personally, when I'm working with content in PowerPoint, I display in the slide show, and then using SnagIt to align with Captivate screenshot. I suppose another way would be to work in a similar way. Just play PowerPoint, then use Captivate to 'Record' the single screen. Once you do this, the image must be a Virgin.

See you soon... Rick

    Has anyone met image quality fell when a sensitive to the CP8 project publishing?

    I currently have a little. I need to use transparently and on different screen sizes that they resize as you would expect ic? NES PNG.

    But the quality really falls on iOS (iPhone 5) while when showing your desktop they look very good.

    Even seen when the image size is fixed correct pixels the. PNG always looks pixelated on the iPhone.

    I tried to change the quality settings but nothing works, my first thought was network compression is more 4 g / 3G, but it's the same on the WiFi.

  • Adobe Muse image quality full screen slide show

    Hello

    I have a question. What if I add an image to my slide show the quality of the Muse in my browser or adobe is worse than the size of naturally occurring? My image is big enough x 3400 and when it is exported to muse I see pixels and blur effect etc. Is it possible to do not resample an image quality in muse is an option to stay with the original quality?

    Hello

    Slideshow fullscreen is currently implemented Muse is resampling images of hero to the size they are in Design mode. For most of the cases that work very well, but there is no easy way to force an image of higher resolution than the output. The only solution that comes to mind would be to replace the image after publish/download/export.

    I hope this helps.

  • low image quality

    Why the quality of the image is so low that "Lossless" is selected in the settings?

    I used the image you provided and published three versions of it through presenter 8.0.1.

    The parameter without loss of image quality produced the worst result.

    http://realeyesconnect.adobeconnect.com/p6ur1ich3eq/

    The high quality setting produces the most beautiful version of the image (and the file more large size enough curiously).

    http://realeyesconnect.adobeconnect.com/p6bly926qu0/

    The medium quality setting produces an image that seemed acceptable, but noticibly less in quality at high speed.

    http://realeyesconnect.adobeconnect.com/p1t9fyfx3fi/

    I would use the high quality setting as this seems to yield the best results for this image.

  • FMS 2.0.5 - video image quality and bandwidth

    Hello

    Does anyone know if Flash Media Server can be configured to reduce the quality of the image of a publishing stream if the available bandwidth goes down or there are delays in the connection?

    When I (locally) read videos recorded on the poor connections, intermittent, video images are deleted, then the image crashes.

    Thanks in advance for any ideas,

    Ajay

    Yes... that applies to both publishing and recording. The video from the Publisher of going to subscribers and/or is saved to the file, and there is no API to access video data directly (which is a wildfire... it would be nice to be able to reach out and touch these video images).

    On your settings, do not forget that the parameters of bandwidth is expressed in bytes, then your 51200 setting = 400 Kbps, which isn't all that high (I regularly publishes 1Mbps video without problem). The only limiting factor when it comes to bitrate edition is available on the client and on the server bandwidth, and most often, the limiter is available on the client-side download bandwidth.

    I do ' t know if Adobe has a recommendation posted on bitrate edition, but if there is, I suspect it's something in the sense of "make sure you have a pretty big pipe to the internet to publish your video... do not try to push an elephant through a drinking straw.

    You're right about the degradation of the connection... If a client edition is in a downturn, the flashplayer will buffering video compatible with your client side setting netstream.bufferTime (assuming that the customer publishing is the flashplayer), and then it will start to fall... of the video images that create the choppy playback, jumpy you describe.

  • How to determine the total number of images in the external .swf file loaded

    I have to be able to load both external .swf files and make them play in order. To do this, I need to know the number of images in the first .swf file so I can check _currentframe against _totalframes to determine when he is finished playing so that I can load another.

    Most of the stuff I see indicate that _totalframes on an external .swf can be determined by loading the .swf in a container clip and then check using a listener in the .onLoadInit. Like this:

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------

    this.createEmptyMovieClip ("tester_mc", 1);
    var mcListener:Object = new Object();

    mcListener.onLoadInit = {function (target_mc:MovieClip)}
    target_mc.onEnterFrame = function() {}
    If (this ._currentframe > = this ._totalframes) {}
    trace ("total frames =" + this ._totalframes);
    delete this.onEnterFrame;
    } else {}
    trace (target_mc._currentframe + "OF" + target_mc._totalframes);
    }
    }
    }

    var test_mc:MovieClipLoader = new MovieClipLoader();
    test_mc. AddListener (mcListener);
    test_mc.loadClip ("Ad_Group.swf", tester_mc);

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------

    Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work. The trace will always return a total number of frames of 1.

    I guess it's because the container clip has only 1 frame, and the external .swf timeline seems to be ignored.

    I would appreciate any ideas on how to raise the total number of frames of an external .swf file or, Alternatively, put it another way when it's done playing. (Not only the loading, but play until the end.)

    TIA,

    C

    I guess it's because the container clip has only 1 frame, and the external .swf timeline seems to be ignored.

    I wouldn't imagine. My guess is that the main scenario for the external swf file has only 1 frame and the rest of the animation is inside a movieclip in this timeline. You publish this swf? Can you open the FLA and check how many images is open on the main timeline?

    The approach that you have mentioned is about what there is. But he knows check a chronology. If there are many nested movieclips, it may be impossible to understand what timeline you really want to be 'THE' full chronology.

    If you have the FLA, you can have the video call function on the _root timeline which tells the main swf that has completed a movieclip or something like that.

    Also, I have in my head somewhere that I recently saw something that someone made similar to this one, but do not remember... If it appears in my head that I will post.

  • The image quality of MacBook Air vs Pro

    Hello

    I just bought a MacBook Air 13 "and I got a MacBook Pro 13" (non-retine) till now.
    If I compare the image quality between Air and Pro there is a difference of contrast and sharpness of the colors. The monitors setting is the same on both Macs, the Air is even supposed to have high resolution (1440 x 900 instead of 1280 x 800, the MacBook Pro). Graphics card is Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB vs 4000 in my MacBook Pro.

    Anyone know if there is a difference in both computers display technology, or if this could be a problem in my Macbook Air?

    THX in advance and best regards

    MacBook Air (13 ", Anfang 2015)

    Intel Core i7 2.2 GHz

  • S70 satellite image quality - A - 11 H web camera is not good

    Hello

    Running windows 8.1 which came with the laptop.
    New out of the box.

    According to the title.

    I find the quality of the image of the camera very grainy color image, poor etc.

    When I start the webcam using the search bar on the right, he begins using the Microsoft application, when you access all the parameters that is available under settings/options is Photo image format, the grid lines, the location information.

    I've been in touch with Toshiba support who advised to do a refresh of laptop, I did.
    It made no difference.

    After which they asked me to find the Toshiba web camera application on your laptop, it should have been in the Program Files folder in the folder of Toshiba.
    This application does not exist on my laptop.

    Technology verified the same laptop model, that he was available, he said when he selected the webcam, he opened using Web of Toshiba, Microsoft no camera app.

    I looked at the other portable Toshiba with web cameras and found the picture quality to be better. Unable to get to settings and these computers portable on-screen and in demo mode, so locked up to a certain extent.

    I can't believe a web camera in this day and age for this value of laptop to have this bad image quality. My digital camera of 10 years ago has a better picture quality.

    I checked through the laptop, and I don't have this app installed.

    I have checked for software and drivers updated to my laptop and cannot find this application applies to my laptop. Etc drivers seem to be up to date.

    I would like to know, other users of this series S have any camera image quality problem.
    What application is used when the camera is selected, Toshiba or Microsoft.

    Is Toshiba web camera application for Windows 8.1, that I don't see not listed for 8.1
    This sounds like a hardware failure or a problem with the application/software.

    Any guidance or help on this would be appreciated, because I came to a point of the return of this laptop for a refund.

    Thanks in advance.

    D.

    Yes, I tried using FORCE!

    > Technology checked the same laptop model, that he was available, he said when he selected the webcam, he opened using Web of Toshiba, Microsoft no camera app.

    Toshiba webcam app is available for the system Win 7 but win it 8 and 8.1 of Windows system use the webcam from Microsoft to the own address application.

    > I looked at the other portable Toshiba with web cameras and found the picture quality to be better.
    Different Toshiba laptops are equipped with different webcams.
    Satellite S70 - A - 11 H was fitted with a * 0.92 mega pixel webcam *.

    For example a Satellite A660 was equipped with a mega pixel webcam_ _1.3M

    There is therefore a difference of resolution of the webcam

    Hello

    If you image quality is bad check details in the menu setting by choosing the right standard of TV (try PAL and NTSC as an alternative).

    And if the LCD screen image is unclear when shooting, try to turn the ring to 'Focus' on the circumference of the lens on the proper position: (general/Figure/Macro)

  • IdeaPad Yoga 13 - HDMI of bad image quality on the TV 1080 p screen?

    Hi people, I have recently connected my Yoga via HDMI to my TV Samsung 40 ". Unfortunately, the image quality does not as good as my old T61 via VGA hooked up to my TV. Image via HDMI on my TV has some sort of "shadows" around the edges at all. I use a HDMI Basics Amazon cable that is capable of 3D and Ethernet over HDMI - I think this cable should be ok.

    Did it someone else faced with problems with the picture quality of the Yoga on a TV via HDMI before?

    Just for completeness: it was my TV sharpness settings. I had to turn off completely disable the artifacts.

  • Bad PCI-1405 image quality

    I just got a fg PCI-1405 to replicate an old Imaging System. I use a Sony XC - ST50 (PAL) monochrome camera.

    The image quality is poor. He has a blurry pixelated, look to it. I remember that the last time I bought the fg of low-end of NOR, I had a similar problem and had to switch to the Commission more expensive which worked very well. I find it had to believe that NEITHER would sell a POS, so what am I doing wrong? Is there some sort of configuration that I'm missing?

    Note: I have the camera set up like a PAL camera standard.

    Thank you!

    It is a device of XC-ST50CE. However, I was playing around with some parameters. This combination gave me good results:

    Luma - full bandwidth

    Luma comb - disabled

    Trap of Chroma - off

    Luma peaked - disabled

    Bandwidth of Chroma - high (probably any)

    Comb of Chroma - off (probably any)

    Treatment of Chroma - always off (probably any)

  • The image quality with the Canon 5Dmark 2 vs... The 5Dmark3?

    I use Leica lenses on a canon with an adapter body.  Is the image quality with the Canon 5Dmark 2 vs.the 5Dmark3 similar?  A reason to get one against the other?  I like the idea that I can change the viewfinder on the Mk 2 screens. Any overwhelming improvement in the 5Dmark 3 that would justify the review?  Thanks to those who have used the two boxes.

    The main advantage of a Mk3 on the Mk2 is the AF.  Most points and it can focus with f/8.   If your Leica lens is manual focus, then you would not care to this topic.  3 5 has a bit of an advantage in the ISO but not a huge factor.  Another one, I'd say that IQ is the same.
