  I would really appreciate help with this.

  I took all my photos on my iPhone (iOS 9.2) 5s and put them on my computer. I also have pictures of iCloud connected to my computer. Anyway, I logged into my icloud.com account and there are no photos in my Photo Album at all. HOWEVER, when I click on iCloud Photos on my PC, it gives me the ability to upload 100 + photos. When I do that, it downloads a bunch of graphics photo I had on the phone for a few minutes back about six months ago, but then deleted immediately.

  I can't find any way to delete these photos. There is no evidence of them on my phone, my iCloud website account; only when I use iCloud Photos on my PC.

  Please help me with this, I really need to get rid of these photos.  I heard there was a bug with iOS 8 who saved the photos recently deleted even after that you had deleted them, but I can't find them anywhere. Now, too, there is no way to reset the iCloud photo stream.

  When you select a photo in the Photos on your iPhone and enlarge for editing, the iPhone will download the high-resolution original and keep it for a while. When print, will serve it you the original full version.

  The sharing and editing are possible if you have an internet connection to download the originals in iCloud.

  I actually spoke to AppleCare Support on this issue this morning.  Apparently this is 'normal '.  It seems that photographs cannot be uploaded via cellular data to a library of iCloud.  Only in wi - fi.  This is commonly known as "fruit".  Apple thinks they are smarter than us.  They are preventing us from using our cell phones and creating data of surpluses and then getting angry at them for that.  What they ignore or do not take into consideration is that we are not as stupid as they think we are, and in fact some of us have unlimited data plans.

  Which is very misleading, is that if you go to settings > cell phone and you've given them cell phones under tension (that you do. Otherwise, why would you have a smartphone).  You will see in the list of applications that 'Photos' is an option (which of course is on.)  This would believe you that you explicitly give permission to top device and download photographs more cellular data.  Alas, this isn't so.

  Hi there, if I understand what you want to do, there are a number of applications that can achieve this goal, some are free and some paid.  I used FileBrowser that allows you to select the files you want and then copy and paste to iCloud by car and other places of cloud storage. I also use 5 Documents that is free, but not sure that it allows the selection of multiple files.

  I believe that your files in iCloud drive and your phone are not related and so if you delete the photo on your phone, it will not erase the iCloud version.  Worth a try it with sacrificial photo just in case there is something in your settings that would make different however.

  iCloud drive isn't the answer to your problem. You must use iCloud photo library and enable optimization. (settings > photos & camera)

  I understand that you are unable to get a preview of the image in your phone Samsung S3 in your computer.

  1. What is the format of the pictures you have in your phone?
  2. did you of recent changes to the computer?

  The photos are not displayed correctly as your computer doesn't have any program that can open images in your phone.

  I suggest to use the Samsung Kies software on your computer and try to transfer the photos using the software.

  I also suggest you follow the steps mentioned below, if you use the photo app to get a preview of the image.

  I suggest you to change the display of the folders on the registration window. You can change the appearance of files in the window.

  Method 2:

  You can try the following steps to change the folder options in Windows Explorer.

  a. open Windows key + R.

  b.     Type control file.

  c. click on the view tab.

  d. under files and folders, clear the always show icons, never thumbnails.

  I did GIFs animated in photoshop before (although not regularly), but I'm having a problem today: you can see in the screengrab below - I layers and selected 'animation framework' no thumbnail in the timeline panel, so I can't duplicate and then begin to create the changes to images.   As far as I know, the only way to get in the gif / png is to repeat the executives making the size of the largest file 25 times, which is obviously not ideal.  But you might be able to control the number of loops in the application that you use to play the animation.  For example, I think you can do that from PowerPoint.

  Yes you can. Create two images, select both, and then choose interpolation icon at the bottom of the animation Panel. Left of the new icon looks like more of the sphere. More created, smooth interpolation and more animation frameworks.

  Looking at the example on VideoHive, I don't see the part "shifts the remains at a level".  I think it's just an illusion of change the stacking order.

  Here is how I could do this:

  1. Create a layer for each photo and set the anchor to the corner where they all will overlap.
  2. Create the "fan".  Rearrange the order of get them to stack properly.
  3. By using keyframes to animate the rotation for each layer property.  To the keyframe of the end, rotate the photo to make it to where you want it to be located.
  4. To make the photo at the top of the stacking order, move the time running on a place somewhere in the rotation indicator.  Select the layer, and then 'Edit' menu--> 'layer of Split.
  5. Are the new distribution of the photo layer in the foreground.

  The Videohive example uses shadows on each map to simulate depth.  You could do that, too.

  Another option is to make 3D photo layers, change photo z rotation depth.  But which is more complicated.
