• Bug CS5.5? Images do not export to epub

  I want to create an epub book with about 140 pages and 50 images. (I'm starting slowly, trying to get the first chapter to work correctly first.)

  I followed the instructions to a course from Lynda.com: InDesign CS5 EPUB, Kindle and iPad section 3: using the XML tags to manage content

  When I move my images marked within a story between the body tags. The images DO NOT export to epub. When I move the images marked at the same level as history tags, images export to epub.

  I tried this on the course of the lesson of lynda.com files and have the same problems. I think I am following the same exact workflow that I see in the video, and I do not get the same results. The images in the history tags do not have exported to epub. When images are placed at the same level that history tags, images are exported successfully to epub.

  I think that there is a problem in InDesign. I checked the updates, my system is up to date. I checked the xhtml with the W3C online Validation Service and it is valid without error. I checked the topics in this forum and have not seen this problem of someone else's posts.

  Any suggestions for something I can do wrong?

  Have you tried the images where you want in the anchor text. It is easier to InDesign CS5.5.

• Windows Mail will not export Emails my folder

  Hello. I am trying to export my emails from Windows Mail, so I can import them to another program. I did, however when I looked the imported emails, I realized Windows Mail did not export the folder 'My email'. It has exported all other standard folders such as Inbox, deleted items etc. I tried just to export the folder 'My email', however I just had an empty folder. Any ideas? Thank you.

  Can I assume that the "My email" folder is the one you created? What is the other email program you want to move them in? If it's an another e-mail client, try this.

  To create a Windows folder on the desktop from the old machine.
  * Open a file in WinMail and drag the messages into the folder on the desktop. (They will remain in WinMail.)
  To copy this folder on the desktop on the new machine.
  Open the folder and drag the messages to a folder in the new e-mail program.

• Images do not show in the folder "images" by default.

  Just to let you know, please use. / (point-bar oblique) for assets location for images published next to the file of the canvas and the appropriate in the JS file references.

• LR 2.3 will not export to "same folder as the Original.

  2.3 export "folder as well as the original" no matter what I do.  I just wanted to write a number of naves, TIFF, and SR2 files back to a subdirectory specified in JPEG format.  I tried with several camera formats, many subdirectories, every variation I could think of.  The original file is on an external drive, the same firewire drive that I use for my catalog.  No problem, all other operations - import, etc.

  If I use "specific folder" the export destination they export to the external drive, as long as the record is anyone other than the original folder.  I renamed the files.  It does not have to make them in the original folder or the other.

  In summary, I can export these images in JPEG format of anywhere, but I want to let them - save in the original folder.

  Is this a known bug?  Anyone have any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?  Thanks in advance.

  I checked the workflow you describe on the Windows and Mac platforms and is unable to reproduce the problem.  I also used the "same folder as the original" Export option, and this also works as expected. You need to check that you don't have a check box to "Put in subfolder" checked, or that the file is not set to read-only.

  If the above do not work it could be your preferences file has been corrupted. Try to remove to check if it helps.

• CSS and Images - will not export behaviors

  When I try to export as CSS and Images that I get a message "slice images of the current state will be included in this export. Hotspot and behavior attributes will be ignored.

  I tried to uncheck the check box "Current States" only, but it is grayed out.

  I've updated to the latest version. About the box says I have version 10.0.3.11.

  The CSS and Images export option will export all compliance JavaScript behaviors, so if you have pimples. bearings and image swaps then they will not work in exported files.

  For exporting to CSS and Images, slices are used only to indicate what should be exported as bitmaps (JPEG, gif), and you only need to put the slices on the parts of the graphic design.

  I'm not entirely sure why your export files are completely empty, but it looks like you can not completely identified which must be exported as a

  and that you may not have placed slices on page elements that must export as graphics. Unless you have flattened your text to bitmap images, editable text objects must export direct HTML text.

• Do not remember the last folder that I exported the export

  I could swear that before I updated to Lightroom 2015.6 remind the last file I exported a file. I have now is having, navigate to the folder that I want and it's really annoying!

  My settings for this preset have no marked record because I always do not export this type of file in the same place. Does anyone know how can I fix?

  

  EDIT 3: FOUND!

  It is certainly a problem with the preset export settings. It turns out that, for some reason, Lr has launched a range with a 'destination of export' in all my Presets to export with the path to the folder that I mentioned in my first post. After erasing my old presets and creating a couple of new everything returned to normal, but as soon as I imported an old export preset and tried to use my "HD wallpapers" folder (Fondos HD in Spanish) would jump up on top of each export with this preset.

  So I opened and former export preset and another with "textedit" to see what was different and, of course, there was a line that should not be there...

  Note that on the former and before the 'export destination type = choose later' there is a "path of export destination prefix = /...» " line that is missing on the new preset, I created.

  I have not found a solution outside don't erase this line manually or simply redo all the presets, but at least I know how what is happening and how to fix it (unless Lr decides to mess with my presets again).

  Original text: I have just connected to the report that I have the same 'problem' (Mac users)

  After renaming some of my exports now they all lead me to a folder named "HD Wallpapers" all the time (which is a file that I use to record the images that I would use as wallpaper and the export-only, I have a specific folder selected) before it always remember my last location, which has been really helpful. He randomly takes me to the location of the last well, but most of the time, it takes me to this folder "wallpaper".

  Edit: Rename this folder (Ex: "Wallpapers") worked but after overthrowing its original Lr name came back to her. I just tried it on my laptop (where I did no change) and I can confirm that my laptop Lr still remember my last file in the export location.

  Edit 2: When you choose 'Select the specific folder' there is a menu drop-down with the 'clear list' option, it does not work either. I tried to create a preset with the main folder of the Image in the specific folder and rename my folder "HD wallpapers" once again so he could at least lead me to this one. After doing this he started to work as before (remember my last location) but even once, as soon as I renamed the folder of my wallpapers to its original name, he began to take me back to it again each export. So I would say that there is something bad going on here.

• CC with Lightroom not recognizing not exported the images in the new destination file.

  For the jpeg workflow, I create images as an export of the master tiff images and placing them in a different folder titled 'exit.  However, lightroom does not recognize these new images in the file "out"!  However, I can find them in the file "Out" using windows Explorer.  If I go ahead and get lightroom to synchronize the catalog it says that there are no new images.  This seems to be a new problem with LR - CC was last updated and is a real pain you know where.  I use Windows 7 on a 64 platform.  Any ideas?

  Help > System Info - if you LR CC 2015.2 or 2015.2.1?  If so, then you're probably stumble on this bug, reported in the Adobe official feedback forum: synchronize Lightroom CC 2015.2 record any new images see the import dialog box is active. To work around the bug, select 'See the import dialog box before importing' when you synchronize.  Please add your vote and the details of your problem to this bug report - that will make it more likely Adobe will give priority to a solution.

  What can be the problem? I have a friend using the same stamped, I used and transfer us his site and it's working OK.

  also - why can't it open my muse file as it is most recent? is it possible to save it to an older version?

  How you have downloaded your site? It seems that the images have not been downloaded.

  If you use the commands "Upload FTP host... ' or 'release' in Muse, all files should be downloaded. If you export to a local folder and use a 3rd party client FTP to download, you must of course download everything exported muse, including the pictures folder.

• Image does not appear after using an Export Preset

  I took three pictures and used a predefined export to process the images in HDR Pro. Everything works fine but when I save HDR Pro and return to Lightroom, the new image doesn't appear if I viiew another folder, and then go back to it. Is there a form of automatic update that would make these "new images" visible without doing what I do?

  You have reservations because of the color of the GIF color table reduction. Gif images can contain a maximum of 256 colors. There is really not much you can do about it.

  You ask the gif format to support colors, which it is not. The best you can do is experience with dithering options in the window of the Web. However, you're nevergoing to look for a smooth color photography when you use the gif format.

  There may be better options such as jquery, for what you are trying to create. JavaScript libraries like jquery can create animation effects that can use independent png24 or jpg images. Png24 both jpg support smooth color and not confined to a maximum of 256 colors.

  Another problem is that the images are not vicibles on iPhone 5 s (have the retina display), not even the version 72 pixels.

  It is an Apple problem. They obviously fixed with a change to iTunes. Download the update on their part.
