  Hi Gregory Trinidade,

  You can try to create a folder in the C: drive and copy the images on the desktop folder C: drive.  After copy in C: drive then try again copy on external hard drive and see if it works well or not.

  Make sure that you have access to the C: drive. Also instead of cut photos copy in another location.

• Image editing in InDesign (copy and paste from Illustrator)

  I have a scenario and I hope someone can clarify:

  I'm working on a Mac using Adobe Illustrator & Indesign CS4. Whenever I have copy and paste or drag an image in illustrator into Indesign, this particular chart is not editable in InDesign, and it's ok.  I want it like this to the clerk/typists to use in their InDesign files.

  However, on a PC with Vista, when the chart is copied and pasted/dragged from illustrator into indesign, this graph becomes editable using the direct Selection tool in InDesign.  I want to know is if there is a way to disable this option on the PC version as on mac?

  Perhaps the difference lies with the way Illustrator fits images.

  Here, with my trusty CS3 in 'preferences files and Clipboard' (translated from the french), I have the choice of exporting the Clipboard in the format PDF and AICB format.

  If I understand your message, I guess Mac export as a PDF and Vista exports AICB format.

  An audit of preferences would help with this,

  How did you create the second sequence?

  Always try to create your sequence by dropping a clip of your media on the "New item" button You can remove media from the new sequence before going to the original sequence copy, then paste.

  My guess is that your new sequence has just the wrong settings.

  I work within the CS4 take some simple vectors and sticking in ID, everything seems to work except some images whose features are converted to fills.

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

  PDF files can contain a lot of hidden information. You can't always trust what you see is all that is there...

  About this specific file, my guess is that someone wanted to replace the address so they just put the new text with a white background on the old text and thought which is pretty good. Big mistake. Unless you are using the redaction tool information is still there and is copied when selected, as you can see it coming.

  When I open the file in Acrobat I can clearly see and select the items of old text under the visible text. You must report this problem to the creators of the file and request a better version of it.

  Hi, I am trying to create a list (with the delimiter set for space)... but it seems that when the text that I work with (cut and pasted from Notepad)... it seems that ColdFusion is not recognize as legitimate spaces spaces... probably control characters or line of brakes etc...

  One thing you could do is a REREPLACE who zapped yields before the implementation of your list. For example, for the variable "email"...

  #REReplace ('#EMails #',' #chr (13) #',', ',' ALL') #.

  replace line breaks - Chr (13) - by commas. You then have to zap the trailing comma. The whole thing would look like the code below. Not the most elegant way to do it, but it should work. :-)

  Great! I agree that the APEX is a great tool that is really underrated. But knowing CSS/JS/AJAX would be a great addition to what provides the APEX out of the box...

  I want to be able to have a simple shot that will allow me to paste a particular image in a conversation in Messages... It is the same image that I want every time.   If you did a copy and paste, the original files are left intact when they came.  If you did a cut and paste, they are lost if you do not paste them and your paperweight (the location of storage to copy or cut and paste) was allowed.  It would be cleared if you did quite exemplary or cuts too fill it, or if you rebooted.

  The problem has been resolved - to try and finally understand everything.

  If you encounter this problem, it is perhaps because, unless you know the file format of the inserted picture, programs can not figure it out for you. Place your cursor on the image, right click and save the image under a .jpeg instead of simply copying. Then work with the file .jpeg in any photo management program you use normally - or even insert it in Word.

  Caircraft are 2 x 3 image is higher resolution than your 8 x 11 file.

   
  Change the resolution of the 2 x 3 to match you res 8 x 11 before you copy it to the new file or

  Choose this layer in the copied file and then edit > transform > scale. Be sure to hold the SHIFT key while you move the handles to angle to maintain the proportion.

  If your copied file appears even more of your 8 x 11, see angle of the scale handles, press Cmd + 0 (which is zero) to display the handles
