Images of blackBerry 10 to hide?

Is there a way to hide pictures on z10

    Add your image to the project.

    Create a Bitmap.

    Bitmap _marker = Bitmap.getBitmapResource("marker.PNG");

    Create BitmapField.

    BitmapField bf = new BitmapField (_marker);

    Add BitmapField to your screen.

  • Image of blackBerry Smartphones

    Hi, as a new user of the Bold 9700 I am probably asking a stupid question, if you go into the "photo gallery" and flies a saved image, you can select 'Properties' that then you shows the size of the photo and other info, one of the options on it's a checkbox called 'HIDE'... .well I checked it and Yes its hidden... so good in fact that I don't have iodea where it is or how "Unhide" (new Word... patent pending) there. " Have I and my reckless finger lost this picture and if so what is the purpose of this function. Any help will be apprecaited because I find no reference to this in the manual.

    Thanks a lot... in anticipation

    Oops, you are late to the party, BlackBerry uses the word in its menu to "unmask" an application or a hidden icon.

    However, in your case, you should look for the Menu "Show hidden iten Navigate to the exact image where you know that the image was, press Menu > Show Hidden.

  • Images of blackBerry Q10 recovery after the phone was wiped out

    I was on vacation from work and took over 100 pictures of my kids and videos that can never be replaced.  Three days after that I went back to work, somebody had put my Active Sync account for wiping my device.  I've never had a change down photos and videos, is there a way to recover photos after a wipe?  I tried several software and none of them can even see a blackberry, they were designed for other smart phones that I have not found a specific BlackBerry.  I don't mind paying for a solution that works

    Sorry, a wipe of security on the device memory would erase these images and they would be inaccessible.

  • How to put text on the image of blackberry?

    I'm a Blackberry app. In my application I need to show show text in an image. So I used this code.

    protected void paintBackground (Graphics g) {}

    This code text giving on image but I want that this text not on the center of the image. I want it on the bottom of the image. I also want to resize the image depends on the size of labelfield... Please help me friends...

    I'm curious to know why you want to avoid having a VerticalFieldManager? It's a standard way of BlackBerry to arrange fields and managers vertically. He respects the flags of horizontal alignment (FIELD_LEFT, FIELD_HCENTER and FIELD_RIGHT) for "children" and does not take into account all verticals (naturally!).

    It also respects the margins of fields, which is a huge advantage - you just put properly and let the BlackBerry primitives to take care of the presentation of the screen for you. Don't try to reinvent the wheel - channel your time and energy into the functional parts of your application.

  • BlackBerry 10 how hide alarm clock calendar

    With my daily alarm Wake Up, I have five different daily alarm in the clock on my beloved passport application.  These five daily alarms automatically appear in my daily calendar app and clutter all my views in the calendar (daily, weekly, monthly and the order of the day).

    Is it possible to hide these repetitive daily alarms to appear in the calendar.  I'm on a regular schedule of medical and daily alarms are essential for my health.  At the same time, I use my calendar to keep track of events, dates of court, production delays and other date and time related issues that are essential to my professional life.

    Y at - it solution or work around BB 10 for this problem? If not, are there third party applications that would help or Blackberry does on his agenda of future updates?

    Thanks a lot for your help!

    I check BB world yesterday. The app "alarm + headless multi alarm clock" seems to be the solution to the problem. Noise alarms at your designated time and do not appear in the calendar 10 BB app. Given that it is an app without a head, I don't have to keep it open so that the alarms work. It also has a number of options to adapt the alarms - sounds, labels, repition, etc..

  • How to convert the Bitmap Image in BlackBerry

    Hello

    In my application, I get the picture from the server. Now, I want to convert this Bitmap Image to display on the screen. For this I use below codes. But it doesn't give me the same image does not mean with the clarity and the exact size. He's smaller than the picture.

    I used the codes below:

    private Bitmap getBitmapFromImg(Image img) {
            Bitmap bmp = null;
            try {
                Logger.out(TAG, "It is inside the the image conversion        " +img);
                Image image = Image.createImage(img);
                byte[] data = BMPGenerator.encodeBMP(image);
                Logger.out(TAG, "It is inside the the image conversion---333333333"+data);
                bmp = Bitmap.createBitmapFromBytes(data, 0, data.length, 1);
                } catch (Exception e) {
                // TODO Auto-generated catch block
                e.printStackTrace();
            }
            return bmp;
            // TODO Auto-generated method stub
        }

    Here is the BMPGenerator class:

    Why you want to use a bmp image?
    You can just use png, jpg or whatever of the original image is.

    3. the request is:

    I display a bitmap image by using the drawBitmap method. now I want to select a portion of the bitmap, and then I need to cut & paste the part somewhere in the screen (MSPaint we have option 'Select').

    is there any method that will make the similar operation (or) any idea to accomplish this in blackberry.

    Take a look at this thread and refers to the J2ME code:

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/Rim/Board/message?board.ID=java_dev&message.ID=24929

    The 'trick' is getARGB() and setARGB().  As long as you check out relevant Bitmap Moose ARGB values, you should be able to create a new Bitmap.  That said, I never did.  Let us know how you go.

  • How to click on a .jpg image in Blackberry 4.5?

    Hi all

    I m a .jpg in a BitmapField image display & adding in a VerticalFieldManager. It is is displayed, but I can't click on it.

    I m doing as...

    Bitmap bitmap = Bitmap.getBitmapResource("image.jpg");

    BitmapField bitmapField = new BitmapField(bitmap , BitmapField.FOCUSABLE)                {            protected boolean navigationClick(int status, int time )            {                //handle click event                                return true;            }        };VerticalFieldManager vfm = new VerticalFieldManager();vfm.add(bitmapField);add(vfm_stamp);

    But if I takea .png image as

    Bitmap bitmap = Bitmap.getBitmapResource("image.png");

    It is clickable. Why so much?

    BlackBerry 4.5 supports .jpg image format. It displays a .jpg image then why its not clickable? I want to make it clickable.

    How to do?

    I was not geeting given focus if the JPG is not transparent or does not have a transparent border.

    So I added a margin around the bitmap using the setSpace(int,int) method.

    Its market not now...

    Thank you...
