  The shortcut Ctrl + Alt + C does not work in InDesign CS6. I don't have an ATI video card, the shortcut key is not related to the center of catalyst.

  I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 video card and I reinstalled Windows 7 x 64 three weeks ago. Since then, the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + C does not work.

  I tried to reinstall the program. I tried to clean the preferences file. Yet, nothing is done. I googled if there other programs that could take the shortcut for themselves. The InDesign menu says that the Ctrl + Alt + C is linked to the action "was". But nothing happens.

  If you have any suggestions on what do I do to fix this, please help.

  P.S.: before the reinstall, everything works great.

  I just reinstalled the CS6 InDesign from scratch, as stated in the above post. Just as new as possible. And he was always in trouble. Then I disabled the two automatic startup items:

  Broadcom 802.11 Network adapter wireless Tray Applet

  and

  Driver Logitech SetPoint.

  After that, everything is back to normal.

  I guess that one of them had caught the hotkey without mentioning, so that should be the fault. I don't think that other programs (with the exception of Adobe) have the same key as InDesign links.

  P.S.: Just restarted each disabled program and it's Broadcom 802.11 Network adapter Wireless Network Tray Applet that shows problems with the keys.

  So, thanks for trying to help me solve my problem.

  If anyone else has trouble with the keys and they have this specific bin running applet, better turn it off to be sure. In the Windows Task Manager, it is called C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WLTRAY. EXE.

  The big problem is that the onDeactivate event handler does not work.

  Here is an example that works in InDesign CSx, but not in InDesign CC:

  The script displays a dialog with text edit fields window 2: when a field loses focus (by clicking on the other), the "CONSOLE" shows the text of the old domain.

  This is a bug, and it has been reported. Please report it to yourself, more the better reports. It's no good Adobe invite you in this forum to fix something.

• Apple - space bar does not work in Photoshop CC 2014

  Have installed CC 2014 and apple-space does not work, I think remember me what happens on a previous update but can not understand, apologies.

• Pen pressure does not work in Photoshop CC 2014 (using remember tablet)

  I just recently remember H610 Pro tablet. After installing the driver, I tested the sensitivity of the stylus in the pad mini test that provides the pilot of Oh and the pressure on my pen sensitivity totally worked well. The problem is that when I used Photoshop CC (2014) and select 'pen pressure' in the 'dynamic form' tab, I see a triangle with an exclamation mark inside, indicating that Photoshop does not recognize my pen pressure. I can draw very well, but I have zero sensitivity pen! I use windows 8, and I have already made sure I used the tablet driver update. I tried uninstalling my drivers and resettlement, then by restarting my laptop, but so far, nothing has worked!
  Any suggestions?

• Custom scripts does not work in Illustrator CC (2014)

  Some custom scripts that are part of my workflow do not work in the new CC; MultiExporter.jsx and Sprite CSS Generator.jsx.

  When I try to run is titled a modal window rises as if the script is running, but the actual window is only a few pixels maximum and cannot be resized.

  

  They have both worked very well in CC. My scope of javascript is pretty basic, but is there code that needs to be changed to update these to work with the current version?

  It seems that this could be a system issue or a conflict; I uninstalled CC2013 AI and AI CC2014 so clearing out all the prefs, artifact files and folders. Then did a fresh install of CC2014 it has been able to use all my scripts inherited without problem.

• Wacom stylus does not work in Indesign 2015

  I can't get my pen to work. The mouse works fine. Reinstalled all the drivers, applications, and all are up to date. Preferences dumped, tried with pen windows on and power off settings. Single monitor. Pen works so far in other adobe applications. Far as I can tell it seems to be a rendering problem. I can draw boxes and hit fills and all that but if I draw a mark or you try to move a box it freezes completely until I have move the cursor outside of the application Indesign (bar of tasks to win or second monitor). That change will be. I'm completely puzzled wether I can not turn it or if it is the thing of the pilot or something from adobe.

  He solved. Looks in Wacom properties, you must do a custom for Indesign Application profile and disable Windows of ink.

  I work in a document InDesign 6 and my paragraph styles have hypenation on for all of the text, but nothing is in hyphen unless I put in optional hyphens. I'm writing a book, and there is absolutely no present link, so there are some very loose and tight lines.

  I took this same document and recorded down so I can open in InDesign 5.5, and everything is setting properly - it uses the same paragraph styles, that I created in InDesign 6. Does anyone have any ideas why this could happen?

  I recently installed a trial version of the CreativeWorx Time Tracker for Creative Suite software. I really didn't like the way it works, so I deleted applications (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator). In InDesign, the economy works now is no longer works. When I select ' Save as ' or 'save a copy' nothing happens. No screen name or choose where to save it. InDesign also is no longer you prompt to save a document when closing the file or the program: it closes without saving at all! Have you any suggestions as to why this would happen? I tried to reinstall InDesign, InDesign to uninstall and then put it back, but I still have the same issues. Any suggestions?

  Trash the prefs in the original account. See replace your preferences and also remove the additional files/folders that you find in the list of John to the Forums Adobe: InDesign crashes at startup

  These are HIDDEN, to display hidden files in the user's library. User library files see hidden access | Mac OS 10.7 Lion

  If that isn't doing, trahs all this Adobe user library folder and copy the new account.

  you need to go to the location:

  • /Users/ [user name] / Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version #.
  • /Users/ [user name] / Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign/Version #.

  You must rename Version # old Version #.

• IDML files created in InDesign CC images does not work in InDesign CS5.5

  I received an INDD file someone created using InDesign CS5.5.  The file contains text and images.  I made a few changes to the text in InDesign CC and sent it to the user of InDesign CS5.5 IDML format.  When they opened the file, the text changes are visible to them, but images that were in the original file from CS5.5 were missing.  I don't have the original images contained in the document that the user CS5.5 sent only the INDD file.

  Is it possible that I can update the INDD file and deliver an IDML file without alteration of the images?  As I'm typing my situation out in this post, I was wondering if I need to the original images, despite the fact that the document was created by the user CS5.5.

  Any input you can provide will be greatly apreciated.  Thank you.

  IDML never contains images. It contains references to the images.

  The images are not changed. The person who sent you the file to rebuild images in the InDesign file in the links Panel.
