iMessage not send SMS

I have two Mac OSX 10.11.3, a mini and a MB Pro.   IMessage on my MBPro using is like on iOS (2 of them).  This allows me to send and receive messages text iMessage.   However, on the Mini, I am not able to send/receive messages text no iMessage users.

The Mini account preferences have listed correct phone numbers and all the conversations start again listed with the correct phone number.

Any suggestions on how to get the Mini working perfectly with the rest of my iMessage devices?

    I have a few contacts where I can send only an imessage for. When I am not connected to wifi or mobile network his tent for a blue message (imessage) but there are not sent, I have activated send as sms when imessage is wrong but still does not.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not send SMS all showing pending

    I composed a few SMS messages. After having worked very well until today, for some reason any, although a message can't send anything now. What I did / I forgot to do? Ive only had the phone for 4 days and have to say that I love him, but it's really annoying! Help! All of my connections are on and I'm currently at about one meter of my broadband connection!

    Had had enough and took my phone shop Vodafone. They gave me a replacement SIM, after verifying that all my settings were correct. When they took my old SIM, they commented "oh, my dear, you have an old SIM you don't have it" [the story of my life!]. Inserted the replacement SIM card and went home. Found that I could get only SOS via the phone and SMS messages could not be sent to all them [rather than be left as "pending" as they were before]. Technical support phoned and nice lady spoke to me through the authentication of SIM [seems it didn't had not been 'authenticated' entirely by the store], turned phone off, removed and reinserted new SIM and switched back on. And that is, all flashed in life!

    Now also supported top and syncronised my old palm PDA to the blackberry via Outlook - everything is going very well and now in market! Next problem - will not work quite how to transfer my documents/spreadsheets, but this is the problem of the future!

  • Challenge - can not send SMS after hard reset

    Well well... the title says it all... I just reset my Defy because he used failed and it was slow as hell.

    It's still slow, but faster, and it has not crashed for the last 4 days. The big problem: I can't MORE TEXT! I can receive them but cannot answer.

    I have already contacted the support of Telus, and they don't know what's going on... I'm really throwing in the wall... I want to spend the money on another phone only next year.

    Well well well! Problem solved!

    I went to the Telus store for some services. We changed the SIM card, without change, SMS does not... Oh!

    We called the technical service and a beautiful tricks comes to the form and that's what everyone should do with the Defy: ERASE ALL SMS in YOUR CELL, and THEN RESET THE PHONE. It's not more complicated than that.

    My cell now, still works with the material of bugs, but work.

  • My Blackberry Bold 9700 blackBerry smartphones will not send SMS?

    If I send a message, it just displays the symbol pending and sends even though I have plenty of signals and at least 3,000 units left? help please!

    Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way:

    With the BlackBerry powereddevice, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this way is prescirbed for most the gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

    Now, try again.

  • Messages are not send to non-Apple users, is no longer syncing with iPhone

    Hey Tux Kapono,

    I understand that you have updated to macOS Sierra, and now you can not send SMS messages. I know it's nice to be able to have continuity in your messages on devices, so I'm happy to help you.

    There are a few settings that should be checked to make sure that everything is correctly configured for this feature. This article has more information on the subject:

    Use continuity to connect to your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Apple Watch - Apple Support

    Set up SMS and MMS messaging

    Use this feature with any Mac, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that satisfies the requirements of continuity system. Make sure that your devices are configured as follows:

    • Each device is connected to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
    • On iPhone, go to settings > Messages > Send and receive. Make sure the Apple ID at the top of the screen is the same Apple ID you use for iMessage on other devices. Add a check to your address, phone number, so that you can be reached by both iMessage. Do the same on your iPad or iPod touch.
    • On iPhone, go to settings > Messages > transfer, text messages, then choose which devices to send and receive text messages from the iPhone. A verification code and then on each device. Enter this code on your iPhone.
    • On Mac, open Messages, and then choose message > Preferences. Click accounts, and then select your account from iMessage. Make sure the Apple ID shown here is the same Apple ID you use on other devices. Add a control to your phone number and email address.

    Use the SMS and MMS messaging

    To use this feature, simply start conversations as usual in the Messages application on any of your devices. Alternatively, you can start a conversation by clicking a phone number in Safari, Contacts, calendar, or other applications detecting phone numbers. All your incoming and outgoing messages on all your devices.

    Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. See you soon!

  • Cannot send SMS

    I have a Apple Watch watch OS 2.2.2 (13V604) running and one 5 iPhone with iOS 9.3.5 (G 13, 36). Previously, I found that the watch would not send SMS free hands unless I turned on iMessage; These messages would simply disappear, but things seemed to work for a few weeks after iMessage has been activated.

    Now, I find that the following will happen if I try to send messages to someone who doesn't use iMessage (e.g., Android users):

    'Hey Siri, send a message to $PERSON saying $MESSAGE'-> in a few seconds, a notification indicating that the message is not sent. The message does not appear in the mail app on the iPhone, but I know that many have unsent messages in the message shows application (it seems impossible to return or reject these). If I select a message manually via the mail app on the watch (whether by you answer or make a new) then it is sent correctly.

    Unfortunately, the sending of text messages hands-free for Android users is very high on the list of the essential requirements for the use of this watch. Can anyone suggest how to deal with this? NB. I already turned iMessage market again and power cycled shows and the iPhone.

    Hello

    It can help to switch send as SMS works again:

    -On your iPhone, in settings > Messages > Send as SMS.

  • Cannot send SMS on Verizon device

    The following code snippet to send a text SMS using WMA works very well on a T-Mobile (e.g., 8700 g) and a Cingular device (e.g. 8700 c):

    Con MessageConnection = MessageConnection) Connector.open (address);

    TextMessage msg = (TextMessage) con.newMessage (MessageConnection.TEX T_MESSAGE);

    msg.setAddress (address);
    msg.setPayloadText (content);
    con. Send (MSG); throws IOException on Verizon devices

    However, the same code does not work on Verizon devices (e.g., 8703e and 7130e). The line: con.send (msg) throws an IOException exception. I tried to use different formats for "address" (e.g. "1234567", "+ 1234567", "8001234567", "+ 8001234567", '18001234567', ' + 18001234567 ", etc." "") but they all failed.

    Does anyone know if sending messages SMS using WMA is supported on devices from Verizon?

    I also note the same problem on a Sprint BlackBerry Pearl and 8830. Namely, impossible to send SMS messages and we get an IOException with null message when it fails. Exactly the same code works fine on blackberry mobile PHONE.

    Is there a solution to this problem?

    I think the quality of RIM devices on CDMA technology is of bad quality. RIM rushes these devices at the door. In addition to not being able to send SMS, Sprint devices also seem to inexplicably lose network and requires a MASTER WIPE to restore network connectivity. None of these problems occur on the bays of GSM.

    Someone could rim please chime in here and confirm whether or not sending SMS CDMA phones should work? I burned just 3 hours playing with different things and play with smsdemo.

    If this is a bug, it would be nice to have confirmation that we can all stop wasting our time.

    If it's something that requires the operator level signature, it would be nice to know, too.

    By program, sending messages on mobile CDMA is currently not supported. As a possible workaround, you can use the API call to send SMS messages via the Messaging Application:

    True... but this just opened the app with pre-filled information. How to send without user intervention?

    This is possible by using the EventInjector and the trackball/wheel orders to send the message using the menu of the injection.

    Here is an example of code that seems to work on Sprint and Verizon devices:

            DatagramConnection connection = null;
            try {

                byte[] bytes = messageAsString.getBytes();
                connection = (DatagramConnection) Connector.open( url );

                Datagram datagram = connection.newDatagram( bytes, bytes.length );

                connection.send( datagram );
            }
            catch (Throwable t) {
                log.error( "Unable to send SMS to " + entry.getRecipient() + " with the url " + entry.getHttpRequest().getUrl() + ".  Message: " + t.getMessage(), t );
                throw t;
            }
            finally {
                IOUtility.safeClose( connection );
            }

  • SMS messages will not send watch with active iMessage

    So for three months, I had a problem where my Apple Watch will not send a SMS (iPhone users messages) messages when iMessage is enabled on my iPhone 6.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? I had my watch replaced by Apple and still encountered the problem. My only work around is to disable iMessage in settings, but I'm not happy with this.

    I have paired and unpaired my Apple Watch repeatedly. I have even associated with a 6s iPhone and did NOT have this problem. Anyone else have any suggestions?

    Hello

    Check that you have enabled the following parameter:

    -On your iPhone, go to: settings > Messages > turn on send as SMS (if it is already on, it may help to toggle this setting and the iMessage off and on again).

    Otherwise, you will find that it is useful to upgrade your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest version of the software:

    - Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support software
