  I think it's a pretty good translation, the error message I thought lie in the below knowledge base article.

  The cause suggested for the error is that the IMAQ.exe is defined (by default) to boot at startup. But if you don't have a capture framer installed on the machine card then we could well see this error. The solution is to delete the exe file of the list on your system.
