  According to the description, you get a prompt to download flash player again:

  1. on what browser are you having this problem?

  2 have had any changes made to the computer before the question?

  With respect, I would say uninstall you Adobe flash player software by following the steps in uninstalling from the link and manually reinstall again on the manufacturer's site and see if it can resolve the problem.

  I just installed a new computer with windows 7.  I have a HP photosmart 7960 printer.  Hung, but it will not recognize on the computer.  Said that the drivers are not installed.  HP Web site says that the drivers are installed with windows 7 and that I don't no need to install them manually.  I have 7 ultimate.  Does make a difference?  If not, then how do recognize the printer from the computer?  I installed the Device Manager, but it would not install the drivers, after I went through the wizard.  It asked me to register and pay $30.  I can't download the drivers without payin for them?  Thank you.

  All I had to do was restart my computer.  Works now.  Some jacka$ $ on Device Manager site wanted to charge me $39 and take control away from my computer.  He said it would take 2 hours to fix.  He also said that the printer was not compatible with windows 7.  Well, I printed of him this morning.

  Hi, I have a problem installing and hope to find help. Please excuse my bad English, I'm from the Germany.

  I run Adobe full CC as a freelancer one OBA my iMac in the second year now.

  Last week, I bought a used MacPro and wanted to install it on the Mac too, as a second installation.

  I downloaded the installer of creative cloud, logged and downloaded/installed programs.

  When I want to start a program I have only two choices. First, to start the test (what is the test 30 days?). Then to activate it with a serial number.

  I don't remember entered a serial number when I activated my original copy on the iMac first... or I should have one...? !!

• CS6 16 error Code after the installation of the new computer.

  I just bought a new Mac Pro desktop. My old machine used Snow Lepoard and it comes to Mountain Lion.  After that the migration of data from my ole machine to this one, I can't open any program in CS6.   Hi, I am installing CS6 design standard on a second laptop to Apple. It works on my older Mac Book, but in the license, it says that I can use on both devices. Download was easy, but when I typed my serial number, it says that their is no registered product found on my computer. I just download if it's weird?

  There is nothing weird everything you encounter.  The message indicates you install a license of the CS6 upgrade version and it is impossible to find the old product to the machine which qualifies you for the use of the upgrade.  It should provide you with the opportunity to select this old release candidate and enter the serial number for it.

• Cannot display the home page /apex or /apex_admin after the installation of the local computer

  I am trying to install and run a local version of Apex 4.2.2 on my Windows 7 laptop.  I followed the instructions in the Setup Guide of Apex.  And followed the troubleshooting steps and previous patterns uninstalled previous facilities.  Set up and ran the @apexins SYSAUX SYSAUX TEMP/i /.  And configured for the embedded PL/SQL Gateway Protocol. When you enter the url of the apex apex / http://127.0.0.0:8080 / apex_admin browser (configured to run java script) runs for 30 seconds then go back to the page "connection has expired.  The server to 127.0.0.0 takes too long to respond. "Is there something else I need to check/try (log files?).  At one point I had installed 3.2.2 Apex and to the top and runnign on the same laptop, but were not able to get the apex operational 4.x.  Thanks for any help.  -Mike

  Please follow the steps:

  Windows: Go to the C/Program Files(X86) /Common Files/Adobe/Caps and rename to Caps.old

  Mac: Navigate to/Library/Application Supprt / Adobe / Caps and rename to Caps.old

  Try to download CC Office and let us know if it worked.
