  I think perhaps the best next step after all your efforts of trying to fix the program.  For this, since it is part of the Windows Essentials pack, you can go to the page Windows Essentials and re - download and re-install the package, which will update and fix the movie maker if necessary. I hope that this solves the problem for you. Please let me know how it goes.

  JPEG files will open with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.

  PDF files will open wit a PDF as Adobe or Foxit Reader.

  1. If they are attached, download and save one on the desktop.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select the appropriate program.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  Adobe Acrobat is an interactive tool, not a license for the server. Consider the Adobe PDF Library licensed from DataLogics.

• Can I merge a JPG and RAW file into a catalog and keep your changes?

  I used to shoot RAW and JPG and always used to all copy in the same folder. That worked well, but was a bit pointless as the JPG served as only a temporary preview until the RAW was loaded in behind her. For the speed of editing events, I started to divide files in two separate folders and import, but tag and basic edits, crops etc. on jpg files, so for the use of the 'News' site, then work on any higher quality customer since the FIRST requirement. Would be nice if I could later merge the two together to make these fundamental changes - and sides etc - then were applied to the RAW files. They have the same names - bar extensions, of course - be renamed by LR import. I tried on a test session, but it just seems to add separate JPG and RAW images to the catalog.   I don't want to get into or the not-so-rights of your workflow.

  You can try Syncomatic Plugin from John Beardythat will synchronize the metadata and possibly develop settings between different file formats with the same (or similar) base name. Subsequently you can stack the Raws with JPEG files, possibly using Auto carpet when capturing".

  But remember that application development parameters of a file to a Raw JPEG may not create the desired corrections, as the base is something completely different.

• How can I add "tags" to PDF and txt files?

  I made the leap from XP to Windows 7.  Under XP, I could edit metadata in almost any file and place "key words" even with the PDF files.  Windows 7 has done away with "Key words" and went to "tags".  I prefer this system, but what I find it horribly frustrating, is that there are several types of files which I can't add "tags".
  (1) is it possible to add "tags" to PDF (in a way that works with the search for system marking of Windows 7)?
  (2) if not, are there any workaround solution (3rd party downloads - who work in the Windows 7 system of tagging metadata)?
  (3) otherwise, it is something that will be fixed in Windows in the future.
  (4) what is the reason for the types of files such as PDF, txt, MP3 with no no not the capabilities of 'tag '?

  PDF and Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended 9.3.1 shell tools worked for me fine... the only issues I have found so far is that I can't add categories and comments... I can change the interface of Windows 7 only the following (which are enough for me): title, author, subject and keywords for Windows 7 keywprds real estate PDF. You can take a look here...

• Windows Mail and .pdf and .pps files

  I do not use Windows Mail, but some of my friends do it, and they seem to all be affected by the same problem.  When they get an attachment, .pdf and .pps, they cannot open the since the e-mail itself.  They must register under the attachment to a folder and it open it.  It of an inherent problem with Windows Mail, anyone?  Is there any solution for this?  Another reason why I use Mozilla Thunderbird.  Thank you

  Choose Convert to Destination and choose a CMYK profile when you export the PDF file.

  For images, there are several ways to get these to your iDevice.

  On a Mac with iTunes and pictures/iPhoto app, the jpeg images should be placed in the library of Photos/iPhotos and with your iDevice connected to sync from the computer to iTunes, under the section Photos to iTunes, you would need to check and synchronize these images to be moved/copied to your iDevice.

  These images appear in the Photos of iOS app.

  It is in no way, I think, to do the same thing with iTunes on the PC that the PC has no app like Photos or iPhoto.

  Another way to copy images on the iPad is to search the apps that transfer of the images via WiFi or Bluetooth, install the application on your iDevice and possibly a companion app for your computer (or the image transfer application is accessible by WIFi or Bluetooth via web browser of your computer) If you can transfer images from anywhere on your computer to your iDevice by transferring wireless in both directions between your computer and your iDevice.

  I use an image transfer software called picture transfer application to do this. There are others who make a similar function in the iOS App Store.

  You can't the dynamic links of the different versions, so the only version you can link to EN dynamic CS6 is AE CS6.

  No problem; just export from AE/SOUL H264 Blu - ray or Blu - ray MPEG2, then import them into Encore.

• How better to import the QuarkXpress 8.0 files in InDesign CS5

  Searched the forum, but I only find info on old versions of Quark and InDesign.

  I have a ton of user final documents in QuarkXpress 8.0 I need to import in InDesign CS5.  (Here is the manuals installation and operation for data modems and telephony with many illustrations and diagrams in them).  I just downloaded the trial version of InDesign CS5 and could use some help.

  The procedure of import (for the old software) seemed to be quite heavy.  I hope that InDesign CS5 is more capable and efficient import of QuarkXpress files.  I also read on of Markzware Q2ID.  This product does work with InDesign CS5, or is it still necessary with InDesign CS5?

  Whenever I have a PDF file open in a tab in Firefox, it makes me unable to scroll using my laptop touchpad scrolling. When I use it, even after clicking on my active tab, it actually scrolls the PDF instead of my current tab.

  Have you checked to see if your PDF is updated? I would take a glance files PDF view in Firefox. There is a lot of information in there, and it lists some different add-ons PDF. I would like to try both to see if it is localized to a single.
