  I design a keyboard emoji for a client and I used the aesthetics > feature of inner glow that correspond to the typical style emoji. However, when I export from illustrator as a .png, despite the expansion of the appearance, the effect of inner glow ALWAYS appears pixelated.

  I'm not zoomed in. The rasterization of the Document settings are correct. Is this just a problem with the help of the effects in Illustrator? I'd really hate to have to use photoshop for after their design perfectly in illustrator.

• How to extract a logo imported from Illustrator?

  Hello, I am trying to take a logo I've vectorized in Illustrator and bring it into After Effects. I want to extrude the logo to make it appear 3D but when I "Create vector shapes", it creates the outline but the logo itself is no longer visible. How can I "fill" in the image of the real logo? The attached picture shows what looks like my computer once I have converted the file .ai in outline, and then set the depth of extrusion to 200.

  

  It's really hard to tell on a screenshot, but this form seems to have a lot of paths and many of them look like they are not closed. You need to keep things as simple as possible if you try to extrude with Ray-traced rendering.

  A much better option would be to bring your Illustrator artwork into a 3D application and OBJ file that you can import into a project lite of C4D in AE and build your model 3D there and then export.  You will as well as more options and you will work a lot faster. Blender (blender.org) is a 3D application open source modeling tools with very powerful. This is the way I would start unless you already have another 3D application.

  Just open the computer that is created when you import a file WAS in the form of composition. You do the work yourself.

  You do not understand how After Effects treats assets. Each active element is the size of the asset with the anchor in the Center. Keep the sizes of layer means that each layer of the Illustrator file is imported into a folder as a separate asset of the size of the layer.   I'm going to echo previous posters convert your video to WMV to work at AE is one of the worst things you could do. So from a point of view of quality and a workflow perspective. Yes, the uncompressed files are large. you have to find a way to work with that.

  I am under PhotoShop CS5 and After Effects CS5 on Windows 64-bit machine. I want to import a layered PhotoShop file and keep the layers so I can animate the separated elements.   The problem is caused by importing a Photoshop file with the sequence checked Photoshop laminate, then click on import in the form of composition.   Looks like you want to offer a product of better resolution. There are two options. One is to place your original publication to a larger, collapse transformations, then scale it up to the desired size.   I have a logo that I created in Adobe Illustrator that I try to place in the Muse.  Whenever I do it, it is of very poor quality, blurry and pixelated.  After doing some reading on the discussion Forum, I tried to resize the image in Photoshop and Illustrator, so that I wouldn't have to do it in Muse.  That did not help at all.  I also tried adding transparency 1%, which was not good.  I know it's a high resolution image, so I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong.
