  And make sure that the program is updated: keeping up-to-date for Lightroom

  It seems that it is a matter of permission on the folder where you try to import images.

  Also try to change the Destination folder or give read and write access to the folder where you tried to import the images.

  Make sure the destination in the import window location is set correctly and has full read and write permissions.
