Import of 12 bit Audio 2-channel

Hope you can point me in a direction to fix the following problem.

I use a Canon XL2 and I would like to import two audio recordings into first CS6. Audio recordings were captured at the same time using the front microphone. The second audio captured through a microphone (mono) wireless. The audio set up in the Canon XL2 is set to 12-bit CH1/2, CH3/4

When importing via Capture on the first, and then import the video/audio file, audio file information - 16-bit 3200gts - States stereo 4. When the clip is placed in the timeline panel, one stereo channel is imported. The mono chanel with the second audio channel has not been imported. I tried to moify the properties of audio channel, but without success. In the past, I imported a similar clip in first CS5.5. It imported a similar clip in four separate mono tracks.

I use a Mac of first CS6 version

Any suggestions?

Thank you for taking the time to read this post!

Ok.. think I have a solution without having to download additional software.

When I upgraded to first CS6, the previous version CS5.5 is kept on the hard drive in the imac.

I opened CS5.5 and using capture audio/video from this software, I was able to import the video/audio of my DV tape. I placed the audio/video clip captured in the chronology of the sequence. This automatically converts the audio clip in four channels of audio. Then, I imported my sequence in Premiere CS6. The four mono audio channels have been imported correctly. Problem solved!

  • Importing video with 2 audio tracks

    Hello

I've saved my computer with Action Mirillis screen! that allows me to record several audio tracks (in my case: the sound of the computer in 1 audio track + my voice through an external microphone in a second audio track)

When I open the MP4 file in VLC, I can manually switch between 2 tracks, it's great workign.

But when I want to import the video file in first pro, it only shows me that the 1st song (the sound of the computer) and it is impossible to get the 2nd audio track

Yes I can demux with avidemux or virtualdub (even if I have some problems to import .wav in first) but I would have preferred a "cleander" option to get my track

(I said it's 2 separate audio tracks, is not 1 stereo track with L = his computer and R = my voice)

    Windows 7 64 bit + Adobe Premiere Pro CS6

Thanks for your help guys, I hope I will get some

lol bad advice for CC being able, sorry. I tried both, but found my sample not as I thought. What I saw in a CC project was a sequence with an audio multi-channel which must have been in a preset, and I thought it was a new automatic sequence. I won't go in depth about my mistake, but please, do not assume that CC will solve unless someone can fix.

When it comes to the audio of your Sony Vegas. If it's anything like the first, I disable the video track, mute the audio track top and export only the background audio track that you don't see at first. After that only import the audio into first and place it under what you already have.

Regarding the future, the next time - would be a voice on track help, after your first record?

  • How can I get the most out of my 24 - bit audio?

We recently did a project where all our audio has been sent to digital recorders to 24 bits, 48 hen k. I import the files in the first it does not appear that all of the problems, but I can't find the settings when creating a new sequence which allows to use the 24-bit audio (only 12 and 16-bit). If someone could help me understand what follows I would be very happy:

    1. are there parameters of use of 24 - bit audio in a sequence? If Yes, where?

    2. If there is no setting of 24-bit, does this mean that my project is about the original high quality file even if the sequence is fixed at 16 bits? Or is my 24-bit audio being changed to 16 bits when I drop in the sequence?

    3. I guess the main question is: is it worth for me to use 24-bit audio in my projects?

Thank you very much for the help.

For the standard output formats of PrPro, Audio will be sous-échantillonné to 16 bits. Now, when you import, PrPro must respect these files to 48 kHz 32 bit floating point (in format CFA) for editing.

Other than an editor audio, such as Adobe Audition, I think that the 48 KHz 16-bit will be as good as it gets.

    Good luck

  • How could import a 16-bit png image in a table on LabVIEW?

    Hello:

It seems that LabVIEW support only 1, 4, 8 and 24-bit image, I want to import a 16-bit png image in a table (the value is between 0 and 65535), how can I?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Wanghh

Look at this example of table Image located by launching the example Finder, OR by selecting 'Toolkits' and Modules > 'Vision' > 'Functions' and the opening of the Example.vi "ImageToArray".

If you look at the schema for this example, the Subvi "IMAQ Create" has the option to configure for 16-bit images.

  • Importing video files WITHOUT audio track despite the source with audio

Sigh. Back with another ridiculous question with Adobe CC do my job nearly impossible.

Running Adobe first Pro CC 2015 9.2.0 (41) build on a brand new macbook pro 2015 provided by my work.

When I start a new project, I will import my clips and if I add them to the timeline immediately they will import with their audio very well and everything will work. After about 10 minutes of work on the project, however, no matter what video file with an audio track that I drag in my calendar won't matter is no longer with an audio track, DESPITE the fact that the file was related, audio compatible and if I open the clip in the source cutting machine there will be sound. If I try to cut and import the clip of it the clip still will not have audio when importing to the timeline. It's infuriating! I recorded a gif of the question:

    NO AUDIO.gif

Any ideas at all? My only option is to save the project, open a new one, clips import it immediately with audio, copy it to my Clipboard, reopen the real project and stick!

Its all in the correction of the source.

  • You can link Audio to any video online of time so it works as if you imported a video with audio?

    Hello...

I have the video and I recorded also outwardly audio to synchronize with it. Now, I understand that you can drag the video (remove audio sound if there a) then drag an audio clip in the timeline and place it under neath it. I can get it in sync and all this very well.

The problem I have is that it is cumbersome to change like that. When you import a video with audio integrated if you make a cut, she cut the video AND the audio attached to it at once. If you do it the way I do now you must add additional discounts on the audio file as well. If you double the clicks needed to edit. Also when you are deleting clips and dragging the things about you must be very careful to make sure that the audio and video remains synchronized.

What I hope is a way to "join" the audio to video with over the addition of a long and tedious process of rendering out to embed a video file with it.

    Solutions, I tried and failed.

GROUP: That seams like the obvious to make thing... If I consolidate them, I can select them as one, move them as one... but if I select the cutting tool it cut more than video or audio... not both.

SEQUENCE: The other option I've tried is once it is synchronized, I do a new sequence and add the sequence with the video and sync audo and then change on it. I'm not modify a sequence not the raw audio and video. The problem here is that, while now the cutting tool cuts both video AND audio at the same time and I can also move and edit easily... the problem is that now the dose of waveform appears not in the audio when extend you. It's just a big box of green white (even if there is no audio in the original sequence)

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

In the timeline panel, select the audio clip and video clip. Go to the menu video > link.

  • Export settings - 1080 to 24 bit audio?

    Hello

Usually, I export my videos in the H.264 format, I read online that it is easiest to ensure the highest quality for YouTube (with the preset).

However, I do a music video for someone and they say that when I made the video in this format makes the duller sound...

The audio file is 24 bit depth, I'm pretty sure that when I went to H264, it deploys the 16 - bit audio.

(I admit, I don't know what that means "24-bit"... I just read what it says on the Export Wizard.)

I tried to export to AVI, since it allows you to choose 24-bit audio... However, I can't it to 1080 p.

Is there advice, what format I have to export in if I want to keep the 24-bit quality, but not lose any video quality.

Thanks in advance, this problem was really confused me.

    Sam

Go to 16-bit does not make more dull music, the noise level will be a little higher but will never noticeable when viewing on a pc, unless you are using an expensive external audio interface.

  • Import of 64 bit OS

I try to import a physical Windows 2003 64 bit on a host ESX 3.5.  When you browse the import Machine Wizard, I get the error:

'Impossible to import a 64-bit sources to destinations of 32-bit'

    I've seen this thread:

    http://communities.vmware.com/thread/96940

But, is this the correct answer?  Is the VT option, we're talking about on the client or the ESX Server?

    Thanks for your help.

    Good luck!

Can you close the thread as answered?  In my view, has answered the initial question.  Once you get active VT shouldn't you have problems running 64-bit guests.

  • Files using 24-bit audio and exporting to H.264 Blu - ray

    Hi all

I use a track 24-bit audio and I mixed with the video but when I try to export the movie using H.264 Blu - ray, the only option I see in Audio > sample size is 16 bits 48 kHz.

Cannot encode LPCM 24 bit audio first, or did I miss something?

If I check the properties of the WAV audio file, even from within the first, it's certainly 24-bit integer (little endian), stereo, 96,000 kHz.

Any ideas?  Am I missing something?

    Thank you

    Tom

I guess the problem is Little Endian PCM. Linear PCM is a Blu Ray specification, SD is much more efficient and allows for 16 or 24 bits LPCM 48 or 96 KHz. L (as linear) with 24-bit 96 KHz PCM is not supported by still/PR/AME.

  • ITunes can import 24-bit audio files?

    Hello

I've been looking for the right settings import audio files in 20 bit and 24 bit. Is there anyone who can tell me if iTunes is able to import these files without quality loss?

I am desperately looking for a response on the internet and nobody seems to know (or care?).

    Thanks for any response, Marc

iTunes will downconvert to 16 bits, if you convert the files.  I use Enqueue or VLC to read files that I don't want to convert.  There is a free app on the App Store called FLACTunes that allows to convert to Apple Lossles, but she too back.  It was an application named Fluke that would allow iTunes to play FLAC not converted. I have but it is buggy and I don't know if it is still supported.

  • Only Audio stereo imported .mov file plays in 1 channel

    Hello:

Only, I imported a .mov file, which, when you look at its properties, said that the Audio is STEREO at 48000 Hz. Yet, when I play it, the sound comes only from 1 channel and the other speaker is silent.  I looked everywhere in the forum to find answers, but none of them seem to work.  Basically, I want to just duplicate the left channel and copy it to the right channel, so the same sound can be heard from two speakers.  (I think that the person who registered used a mono microphone and somehow he went alone to one of the stereo channels).

    Any ideas?

Use the audio effect of fill (right or left). This will duplicate the right channel on the vacuum.

  • Premiere Pro Import does not Full Audio Clip

So, I'm working on a project that has two video files that I need to tweak it a bit and assemble. The first is 1 hour 15 minutes and the second is 1 hour and 51 minutes. When the second file is imported in the first it does not matter the clip with all audio. It has the audio for the first hour and change and then is just silence. The actual file is fine I checked

The actual file is fine, I checked and it has audio throughout the entire video when played on different media players. I tried to delete the file and re - import and the audio is missing from the file in the same place. I tried to clear the cache of media and then import it again and the! same problem.

Anyone have any ideas? Is it just because of the length of the file Adobe's not import the whole file? Or he just be messed up the initial import and I need to clear something out and try to import again?

How do import you it and where is the video of?

What are the properties of the file?

Use the MediaInfo free and view the results in the tree:

    MediaInfo

If it is a variable rate, you will need to convert to constant cadence with brake hand before you import it.

  • Video files (any type) when they are imported, will import the video and audio.

    Premiere Pro (Mac) CC

    3.4 Ghz i7 Quad Core

    750 G SSD

    2 GB NVidia graphics card

    32 MB of Ram

Any file video, regardless of the codec, import into Premiere pro as an audio file.  I did the things suggested in other forums, such as replacement .mov file extension, I used intermediate codecs, prores422, codec .mov (HDV1080p30) among many others.

Also, I can't import a video sequence that seems to have an alpha that are associated with channel.  The graphics with alpha channel were made by Adobe AE and work well in Final Cut Pro 10.1

I need help, FCPX 10.1 is a nightmare and I have a weekly television show that needs to be done as soon as POSSIBLE.  Until now, the switch to first Pro CC disappeared not smoothly.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response.  I could get my hands on Technical Support and we determined that my first Pro CC installation was corrupted.  It's a simple solution to uninstall and reinstall the program.  Now, everything works fine.  To answer your question, when I imported any type of video file (I tried several types of different different video files and codecs) it would be important in audio.  The icon is Audio only, when I put the sequence on the Timeline, I couldn't put anything on the timeline of the video, only Audio was present.

The specifications of this laptop are far from edit the AVCHD material, only a dual core, AMD, very little graphics memory and a slow disk configuration, I guess than the minimum.  With the resolution of the screen, it does even not meet the minimum requirements for Adobe. The single drive 5400 RPM is less than the minimum needs, in short, it means underspecced for your editing needs.
