  The downloader of elements module does not provide an option to filter the files imported by their type (jpg or raw). You can filter only the videos photos. I'm agree it would be an asset!

  What you can do instead:

  -use your operating system (Explorer / finder) to import files to your computer via your card reader: you can order your files to import extension (jpg, CR2, NEF,...) and select the raw files. Then use the function "Import" elements to import from "Files and folders" (which "registers" files in the catalog).

  - Or you can use the download of standard element and remove JPEG files later. Not very elegant, but it works.

  - Or you can use the function "Import" elements and choose in "Files and folders" instead of card reader or the camera, then go to the card reader. The card reader is considered to be a separate drive. You can select only the raws in the import dialog box by setting the order of the files in the file (CR2, NEF...) instead of file name extension. You select the first item, then shift click the last one. Only the raws are selected. Now, pay attention to have the box 'Copy' the o files. Otherwise, the elements would consider your photos on a removable drive. The photo files will be copied to your computer in a special subfolder 'photo of removable drives.

  You can do all this with LR and you can also copy the images from the card or the camera in your specific directory/folder or any folder you like and or create a folder at the time of the breeding and importation.   I tried your test.jpg Flash CC and CS6, it imported fine in both. You said that was your original file: 11 X 8.5 "300 resolution, bit depth: 82KB. The only thing I see that is unusual, is that your file resolution is 300 ppi. Flash uses the screen resolution, and so there may be a problem with the conversion of the 300 DPI to 72 dpi with success. If you re - sample art at 72 dpi, it is important?

You will need to reinstall this utility and or get a updated version of this that works with El Capitan.

AE has no way to know that you want to apply the same settings to each image, because it would make the image raw whole import capacity loss of functionality. AE assumes you want to import raw images because you want to change the world. I guess, too. A classic DSLR image is 3Kx4K pixels these days, 12 million pixels. 1080 Full HD is considered only about 2 million. You are overresolving the format of your production by a factor of 6. You will start to feel that you apply filters and moves. I only use ground full of raw images in the scenes where I know I need the magnification. Otherwise, I'm downconverting to jpg or tiff images that are, for example, 1500 x 2000 pixels for regular sequences.
