Import the structure of the table consumes only space in GB

Hello
I used oracle 9i Exp commmand to export a schema structure. (If no line) There are only 150 paintings and export is perfect without any warning.
When I try to import into another schema, I see that it consumes 3 GB of space in the default tablespace for this scheme. I checked the free space in the tablespace before importing... There are 3 GB of free space...
When I start the import, it is full and import crashes. It engages not just yet. Im not able to understand why 3 GB of space used for just the structure of the table.

Help, please
Thank you

Yes, use "COMPRESS = N" in the export command line.

Have you not move the tables (and the clear space) in the database target before you reimport? They contain no data if LINES = N has been specified.

  • Is it possible to install the structure of the table from only EBS?

I had an installation of R12 in my laptop that has been corrupted. It took me 2 days to install the application in my system RAM of 1 GB. I don't want to go through the painful steps once again, especially when the end result is a very slow application. But is there a way I can install the structure of the table of a single product in a clean oracle database installation. I just need to check the possibility of a few reports of discoverer and other animals... Is there a tweak we can do using all .odf files (in a window system?)

If you still have the file system, just to create the database and rerun adodfcmp the tables/views you need - will probably be a bunch of dependencies however. Might be better for someone to send you exp = n their database lines.

  • Import the index using only the datapump

    Hi gurus,

I have 2 identical patterns as the same structures of table but the number line and data are different, so I want to import the index of a schema to another. Can it please tell how I can do this with datapump.

    Thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter what data are held in the tables, as long as exist the columns on which indexes are. Indexes are created and built with the help of a normal life

    creating index...

statement. For example, if the original table had 100 lines and the new table has 10, the index will be built using the 10 lines. Everything that is stored in the dumpfile is the ddl (in xml format). No index data is stored in the dumpfile. (If the op was using portable, it would be a different story).

  • Problem with headphone selection if the table has only one row

    Hi all

I have developed a table in which I use selection listener to perform a task when a line is selected.
It works fine when I have more than 1 row in the table, but when I did that one line in the table, the listener of selection do not call the corresponding method in the bean.
I understand this selection event is raised only when the line is changed, but in the case of use when only one line is there, what do I do to make the listener of selection work?

The selection listener I wrote the code to make the line selected as current line and perform the required task.

Please suggest a way out of this situation.

    Thanks in advance.

  • CDC ODI - promoting changes in the Table to only run Env

In my environment, CDC is lit and ODI discusses changes to many tables. Test and production environments are execution only.  There are packages to start and stop logging on all tables.

What is the procedure to follow if a column is added to a table and the change must be promoted to a runtime environment only?

Stop and start logging on any risk of paintings lose transactions when J$ tables are dropped and re-created?  Oracle Streams or smart enough to read since the Redo logs?

I saw messages on issues with the ALTER_CHANGE_TABLE having for result logging do not pick up the new column.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Paul

    Hi Paul,.

Sure, in this scenario, you must remove the newspaper and re - create change therefore defines the J$ tables and views containing your new column. I do not think that ODI exposes all the tricks of the framework flow ths - you could probably do it manually but then ODI won't know changes anyway.

If you duck beneath ODI you can re - define workflows to a known SCN using the method of re-instantiate layout - no reason you can't integrate it to the JKM as a step after capture to apply processes are put in place - you may have an option JKM which takes the SCN number in option, and begins to capture / apply from there.

Hope this helps, in my experience we just off the CDC at a known point quiet and restarted, updating a column to himself and forcing through the logs, pushed in the last hour or so (window of downtime). Not elegant, but it worked!

    Hello

Yes, it is possible via CSS. in the case of JDev 10.1.3 you can get inspired by this blog post: http://www.freewebalbum.com/blogs/faces/bjanko/blogs.jsp?blog=bjanko20071010184401

  • Import the Table of previews of content with sidecar?

    Is this possible?

    Thank you

    Tim

Bob law. You do not specify the toc.png files in the sidecar.xml file. If you add in the section files, they are automatically used. Example:

    00_cover_h.indd

    00_cover_v.indd

    toc_cover.PNG

    01_ahab_h.indd

    01_ahab_v.indd

  • How to declare a pointer to the element of structure, i.e. the table structures

LStr, * LStrPtr, * LStrHandle structure is taken from the extcode.h of cintools of LabView

    I used: sprintf (((*(*in_array)-> Strings [* count])-> str), local_str); for local_str string to
Table of LabView.  It worked well, but a single programmer advised me to change the code to be more readable.
Means - to change (*(*in_array)-> Strings [* count]) of construction to a pointer. I tried several different
ways to implement this - but in all cases it caused LabView crash. I understand that this question
is related to the C not on LabView programming, but you could point me to the place where I error?
    The incorrect string is probably "LV_array = & (*. ((**in_array)))" Strings [* Count])); "

    Thanks in advance.

    18 LStr * LV_array;
19 subfunc(count, &in_array);                      Call a function that resizes the table (works), firstly resize us the table, and only after that can we assign a string address to a pointer

    20 LV_array = & (* ((**in_array).)) Strings [* Count]));  Address to which to point LV_array assignment
    21.
22 sprintf(LV_array->str, local_str);              by passing the string to LabView (does not work)

  • Show the button with a single click to edit the table only after click

    Hi all

I love the click to change features in tables in the ADF and have a button in one of the columns I want to only be displayed in the mode (it is only once the user has clicked on a particular line) edition. Currently, all fields appear as read-only and can be changed when the user clicks on a line, but it seems that the button is always visible. I tried a few EL expressions to set the visible property of the button but have not found one that works. Could you help to define an EL or give me a hint on how I could hide the buttons in the table and only then display the row that is clicked and can be changed?

    Thank you
