Impossible to activate Audio Device

I have a HP Vista.  I accidentally disabled my sound (speakers a right click and click 'disable'.)  Now there is an 'x' on my speaker icon in the taskbar at the bottom of my screen.  He said: "The Service Audio does not work."  I tried reinstalling the driver, but is not the cause.  Have a system restore also fails.  When I get home services I'm unable to start the Windows Audio Service.  The automatic configuration is grayed out and I get error 1059: Circulary dependency failure.  Because I disabled the service, my plug-and-play work more or the other.  Devices are not recognized.  I tried Repair System and Windows Fix It, but neither helped.  Installation of Service Pack 2 has not as well.  Because it there anyway to recover my sound?  I don't want to just reinstall and lose all my files.  Anyone have any ideas?

  • How to activate audio device internal

I have I bought a used PC with XP Pro. He has a card its Audigy SB2. After getting the correct driver installed, it worked for a few days. One morning at initial start-up, the sound was out. Repeated uninstalls, driver, updates etc. have not worked. If the card is installed it causes a SafeMode only start. I don't think that the internal audio device worked initially either.  It has probably been disabled manually or install card its Audigy. I would like to go back to the internal audio device until I can find it. How can I do this? Sound card manufacturers website has some information on how to enable the SB2, but some of it looks slightly different from what my screen. I can do this, but I have very specific need step by step instructions because I certainly don't want to spoil all the BIOS settings and be dead and less well off. A lot of what is there is alien to me. Thank you.

  • Server 2K 8 Remote Desktop no despite its "don't bring to the local computer" active, impossible to find sounds and Audio devices?

I'm running Vista 64 to connect to a remote computer that has Windows Server 2008. However I still get all the sounds, and the volume in the lower right corner icon has a red x on it. Under the heading reading devices, it says "no audio device is installed". • No audio device installed Satellite L300-28R (PSLB8E-12T018GR)

    Hello

My English isn't the best, unfortunately. Maybe someone can help me.

    The following problem:

A Satellite L300 ran without problems until now with windows 7 (32 bit). I had then increased PC speakers of this came of trust with a USB flash drive that will serve as an audio interface for mailboxes. He has been infected by the first recognized by Win7, installed, and I could use Ihne. But then the sound card integrated (Realtek HD Audio) is disabled. Now, when I remove the USB audio interface I have no more sound. There is a lack of complete the "Realtek HD Audio" entry in the audio control.

In the Device Manager is not an entry ' Audio, video and game controllers' also appear longer. The interesting thing about the HD audio driver, but he is always installed correctly. It is found but no entry for more video, audio, game controllers, and if I was in the toolbar the look of speakers just click on it a red cross when he get up "no audio output device installed."

On this, I tried to uninstall the system USB audio drivers (no problem) has restarted. Not always the same sound problem.

That's why I completely uninstalled all drivers audio and tried Windows 7 default drivers. The same problem. I uninstalled the audio drivers, this time I tried the drivers Toshiba, same problem.

Fact is I can remove all the drivers, reinstall, which happens without problem and the error message, then it is same because "drivers have been installed, the machine can be used now" I click on what there is also my drine Realtek HD Audio. But then I opened the Soundsteurung he wrote me, "No audio device installed" it's almost as if the onboard sound has been disabled in the BIOS, but unfortunately there is no entry exists, since the BIOS is usually something to bend parameters.

I have integrated sound card in my vemutung the BIOS from a USB audio interface is disabled, I would now like to 'hidden' bios unlock options and manually activate the sound again. Unfortunately, I do not know how do I unlock the BIOS.

Is there anything else maybe ideas, suggestions or solutions? Have already the system is set up with new same problem, the drivers are installed, the device is detected and marked as ready, but not input in the audio control and no entry in the Manager of devices for "audio, video and game controllers".

Once had a similar problem with my desktop where I could pass without any problem, but the onboard sound in the BIOS again, unfortunately, what with the Toshiba BIOS Lite is not the case.

Hope someone can help me here, slowly I won't now, so that a new installation was not, I see the problem with the BIOS setting.

    Hi mate

To be honest I'm not quite sure what the problem might be m.
Your ad is also a bit confusing.

First of all, the BIOS is not similar to the BIOS that you can find on desktop PC and as far as I know there is no special option to enable or disable the sound card.

So I think that in your case, it s BIOS not deliver.
I think that its Windows operating system that makes some disorders who knows maybe the registry is confused up similar facts is that you should see some yellow exclamation points in device if Manager driver would be absent or you should see an unknown device in the devices list

The latest Realtek audio driver could be downloaded directly from the Realtek page, but even if the Realtek audio driver is not installed Win7 standard driver should recognize the sound chip and sound must be detected during the operating system installation.

I think you should try to install a driver from Realtek but if this won't help you, then you should try a new installation of the OS. Get it back you would help define the laptop back to factory settings and I think it's the fastest solution in your case

  • Windows Server 2003 detects no audio device

When I start Windows Server 2003, I hear no sound start. I hear no sound XP, nor do I hear the sound of UK.

Then, I discovered that volume does not work as well. When I go to start > Control Panel > sounds and Audio devices, it says "no Audio device". There IS an audio device built into the logic board.

I went through every troubleshooting step and what I see is that I need to get drivers.
Unfortunately, Windows Server 2003 is an old operating system, and it is almost impossible to find the drivers. When I go to start > administrative tools > computer management > Device Manager, I see one category "Other devices" with a yellow question mark icon. I see 2 devices inside, "On the HD Audio Bus Audio device" and "Base system device". Both have a little yellow warning sign next to them. Double-click any of these two, and he said: 'the drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)', and when I click on the button to install the driver, it gets stuck in the research or error "cannot install this hardware", said.
I don't have the disc or Windows recognize even anything on both devices. I also made sure that audio has been enabled in the Services, and that did not work. You have a driver or a fix? Answer as soon as possible!

  • "No Audio device" all at once on Windows XP, how to fix this?

    Just for information:

-A long time ago I started to use a headset on my laptop (Toshiba) to online conferences. Its has worked well for the helmet and on the laptop's built-in speakers.

-A month there are built-in speakers stopped working, and I could only hear things in my helmet.

-J' recently lost my helmet so now I can't hear anything.

-When to check the control panel and click sounds and Audio devices, it says "No. Audio Device" and all options are disabled.

-When you open Device Manager, the "Other devices" directory is open and all the devices listed in it have icons of yellow question mark with dots exclamation mark next to them.

-J' tried to uninstall the devices listed in the "Other devices" directory and leave the window reinstall them on reboot - I read on another site - but every time I did nothing has changed.

-The directory of sound, video and game controllers has 5 things listed in there: Legacy Audio Drivers, Legacy video Capture devices, media control, Audio Codecs, Codecs video devices. None of them have all the icons next to them warning.

-When right click on each one and select "update driver", each of them come in saying that 'impossible to find a better match the software currently installed. I don't know if it's just to check my system or if it also checks the internet.

So, what are the options I am left with now? I need to do some work with videos, looking at them on their media player and their change in Movie Maker, and I keep says that the audio hardware cannot be found "required" and I can't use the app.

    Thank you.

    • Click Start
    • Right click on my computer

  • High definition Audio Device Code 10 - device cannot start (tried all the typical solutions)

    Hey!

    Let me first, I use a laptop Aspire V3 - 772g.

After the recent update of Windows 10, I had problems getting past the lock screen (took FOREVER to get to the point where I could enter my password) and it had been awhile, so I reformatted ('reset my PC' delete all files) - that didn't really solve my problem, so I used Rufus with an iso of Windows Microsoft to remove all partitions and start 10 REALLY cool. Since then, the laptop runs like a dream - in all but a point.

It seems that no matter WHAT I do, I can't get my audio HDMI / TV to appear as an option in the playback devices (Yes, disabled devices is checked). Looking in the Device Manager, the high definition Audio Device has an exclamation point is to launch a code 10 - impossible to start the device. I tried to uninstall it, tried to install all the drivers of Intel V3 - 772 f page including chipset, updated my graphics driver / Realtek / drivers Intel HD audio... and yet, nothing. Ran /sfc, ran /chkdsk, nothing.

I read something that made me believe .NET framework can be part of the issue - and in fact, I have a bit of difficulty getting the 3.5 installed / functional, but I finally did... and yet, nothing!

Seriously, I'm losing my mind. I'll have to run my sound surround sound via an auxiliary cable into the laptop, which is sacrilege and a fraction of the quality.

If there is SOMETHING, someone can suggest beyond the foregoing, please do!

This problem is related to Intel HD audio via HDMI cable, if the driver is in the same package of graphics drivers.

Have you tried to manually install the audio driver HD?

you need to unpack the Intel graphics drivers (but no installation, you can use 7z to unzip), and then select update the driver HD audio from the Device Manager and point to the unzipped folder.

  • No audio device entry found

    Hello-

went with Sis Skype tonight and I could hear and see her - she could see but not hear me.

Had a look and message = No Audio Input Device Found.

Had a look on the net and cannot find a solution.

If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be grateful.

    all good wishes,

    David.

    I did this myself.

Enter material and audioand then manage Audio devices.

So when you disable a device, it disappears in the menu you are looking at. You will need to enable it. The problem is that you cannot activate it because you don't see it - it is not there for you at the right of the mouse, click. I went into the menu of the pregnant rather than micro menu and right mouse clicked a "speaker" icon and it gave me the opportunity to show everything that has been disabled. So I clicked on Show disabled devices I entered menu microphone and hey presto this is and I could allow it. I tested it on a sound recording program and it worked.

He had not gone anywhere, you just couldn't see it.

"No Audio Input Device Found" is very misleading - surely "Audio Input Device Disabled" might be better + why do the icon disappear anyway?
