  We currently have Adobe CC deployed on more than 4,000 computers, I am now looking to update installation on the newer versions that are 2015. If I create a new package it installs the latest but it also lets older versions of 2014.

  Is there a way to delete the versions of 2014? Or can we update the versions of 2014 and 2015?

  in the cc office application, there is an option to remove the older versions, but I don't know about the enterprise deployment.  You should check the documentation of the company.

When checking the version under poperties for AcroRd32.exe after update, it always says that its 9.3.3.117 version, but when I launch the program and look at any player it says that the version is 9.3.4.218. Assistance dosent reboot.

  I don't think AcroRd32.exe has been updated for Adobe Reader 9.3.4, therefore, the same version is the same as for the v9.3.3. If Abu Adobe Reader 9 splash screen is to display the version as 9.3.4, so I guess all is well on your side.

  We ran a patch on one of our 4 ESX hosts. Host has been in a cluster and managed by vCenter 4. Not to day 1.

  Host of this morning seemed disconnected in VC. I saw him before after the updates and so I decided to disconnect and reconnect to the VC.

  Reconnection was not working. So I tried to 'delete' and reconnect. It still does not work. I kept getting "Request Timed Out" error.

  So I decided to take a look on the computer host and re - install manually VPX. I checked the version in the .xml on VC (vpx-upgrade-eesx-1-linux-162856) file, copied to the host and ran. / vpx-upgrade-eesx-1-linux-162856. He work and gave me the following:

  However, when running 'service vmware-vpxa restart', I get:

  Seems odd by there is a missing file.

  Re-create it with this command:

• Impossible to send or download messages after update 31.4.0

  Automatic update 31.4.0 on/in respect of 14 January 2015 caused my installation does not send and receive messages.   This looks like a HARD drive problem.

  You are able to access the BIOS? Check this pressing F2 while turning on the unit.
  Check if the HARD drive is recognized in BIOS. (first page of BIOS must contain details of the HARD drive)

  I updated Indesign CC as the cloud has suggested. After the update, I've compiled my extension developed in Eclipse new self-sufficiency signed (by creating a self-signed certificate) using ZxpSignCmd. I exported my ZXP format Extension.

  I couldn't see it in Windows > Extensions in Indesign CC tab.

  I tried all the XmpSamplePanel.zxp example further

• Norton Vault disappeared after update by 2014 with Firefox 27.0

  I just checked my Add-ons Manager to discover that v27.0 NIS 2014 and Firefox are not compatible if Norton was disable.

  I don't know who is responsible for compatibility, but the issue must be treated quickly. I use Firefox as my default browser and everything I do must have access to Norton for my passwords. NIS 2014 has been out for awhile, so this should be addressed now.

  Can someone help me with this?

Please run the liveupdate from norton repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. Additionally, make sure that the toolbar is enabled in firefox > addons > extension thereafter.
