• When ss12 download on social media sites it caches the file locally and, if so, where is it?

  I downloaded some videos on Vimeo, but I also want to keep the file made locally; However, I can't find out where it could be if a copy is kept locally.  I looked in the directory "C:\Users\Rich\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache Files" and do not see it there.

  Somewhere this file must exist, at least until the download is complete, and then maybe it is deleted first.  I don't want to wait and download the file from Vimeo because they monkey with the video before they post it.

  When using the method of direct download, the only file that exists is on Vimeo, FaceBook, etc...

  Instead of making direct download, instead use Publish + share to create an output file, with the specifications. It must, then download it manually on the social media site - giving you this file on your computer, as well. This method also allows to work around some limitations of the direct method, for example file duration extended accounts.

  Badges and certifications can be downloaded and then uploaded to social media, but it is the same measure of interaction with social media with the LMS.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see you Hare having problems of quality audio and video on social media sites.

  I'm happy to help you with this. But first a few questions.

  What browser do you use?

  This problem happens only on social media sites or is it also at other times?

  How you wrote your message, I think understand that you don't have the same problems anywhere, either online, or play sounds or video files directly on your pc. This is the case, the problem is more likely to be linked to a certain type of problem of bandwidth on the site, or maybe something to do with the playback software that uses the site of social media or something related to your browser. Another possibility could be linked to the system resources of your laptop (not enough memory, too much process, that sort of thing)
