  I have 720 videos that have been reencoded a few months ago to save space and metadata has been erased in the process.

  I manually changed the metadata for each file one by one in photos.app through the command to change the date and the place.

  If you export the video as original unmodified, you can add a file XMP with IPTC data. This file will include the title, description, keywords, GPS coordinates, but not the date.

  So you could write the date entered in the description field to save him.

  You can read the files XMP sidecar with Xcode or simply Text Edit.

  Some applications will be able to apply the sidecar XMP files when you import pictures, but pictures for Mac cannot write to them but does not apply their reliability when importing.

  Probably not.  You willing MBP of SATA2 connectivity and the full potential of each SSD not happen.

  It's your choice.  If the capacity of SSDS is quite large, personally, I like to keep all data on a single disc, but maybe it's not convenient.

  There is no limit to the duration of a video project in iMovie 10.  You just ned to have sufficient memory on your computer.  It may be wise to break up a long project in shorter projects easier to manage, which can be joined together when the editing is complete.

  A big differencein iMovie 10 from previous versions is that you can't remove pieces of imported video clips - you can of course use the parts in a project, but the iMovie library still contains the complete imported clips.  If this will give problems of space you trim away the unwanted images for example using Quicktime player before its import in iMovie.

  The GUI:

  1 ACS gui > network configuration > click on 'Search', then click 'Search' again.
