  I would recommend that you update your .net framework.

  Errors are usually caused by the bad version of .net for enforcement and/or missing/corrupt files in your installation of .net.

  You can open it by accessing it in the Applications folder? If so, you may have a corrupt Dock alias. Click and hold the alias and make it about 1 inch away from the docking station, then release. Then drag the application in the Applications folder in the Dock to create a new alias. When you have a new alias, control - click/Options/keep in Dock.

  Without the development environment, you cannot change screws LabVIEW.  The runtime engine is responsible for actually running the code in order to integrate LabVIEW executables and run them on other machines without the development environment.

  Put the computer to boot and then look for the Windows updates and see if it helps.

  No, you must install the corresponding to the version of LabVIEW runtime engine used for the build. You can install more than one version, and the executable file will automatically use the right one.

  In your case, you need to install both versions of the runtime: 2013 (32 bit) and 2009 (32-bit)

  You cannot copy the program files and install it that way. You need to install MS Office 2003 on your new computer by using the installation CD. If you have more, then buy the version of Office 2010 (the latest version of Office) you want and install. If you do not want to buy Office, then you can use Office Web Apps free for very basic work or download/install the freeOpenOffice suite , which can read/write MS Office file formats.
