  Developer SQL requires a JDK to run (you are actually showing a JRE).

  To set the location of the JDK to use for SQL Developer, you can add the next line with the path to a valid JDK installation:

  C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_18 SetJavaHome

  If all you need is Photoshop, I don't think you'll find something less expensive than the beam of the photograph.  In my view, education packages come with access to all creative programs, it is why it costs more.

  Each version of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements are designed to work independently of the other versions. This is why Adobe sell the package to the two applications at a cost reduced.
