Impossible to install Toshiba Bluetooth stack

Hello

A few days ago, I bought a Bluetooth adapter, the drivers I have recived with is Toshiba Bluetooth stack v3.03.26.
I tried to install it as it says in the manual, but every time the installation stops at 56% (for several hours) until I cancel it. I tried to insall drivers manually through the Device Manager, but whenever I get to the part that I have to choose the file Tosrfusb.inf, it is said that the INF has no information on my hardware. I looked for the identification of the Bluetooth - VID_0A12_0001 adapter and it the same as in the Tosrfusb.inf.
I have XP SP2, the adapter works very well with the defult SP2 drivers, but I can't use all of its features with these drivrs. I tried to use your latest drivers v4.20.01 withuot no success.

What should I do?

Hello

do not use the latest drivers on the TOSHIBA site, as these work just 30 days with your dongle.
I guess there could be a propblem with the stack of BT MS installed on your system, which can prevent/interruption installation TOSHIBA BT Stack.
So first of all, you should try to get rid of the stack of BT Ms.
1 prevent the stack of BT MS reinstall: [START]-[RUN]-[move %systemroot%\inf\bth.inf % systemroot%\inf\bth.i]
2. after that, he must remove the following registry keys: {you set permission first... right click on the registry key-> permissions...}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\B TH
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\B LENUM
3. after that, remove the MS Bluetooth Device Manager devices
4 reinstall battery of BT from TOSHIBA
==> It should work now

There is a further point which could prevent the TOSHIBA BT Stack install correctly: you have installed a virtual Compote (USB2serial, mobile phone on the PC?) If Yes, remove this virtual COMport before install the BT from TOSHIBA stack.

  • Do not install Toshiba Bluetooth stack

I installed the filter realtek and atheros bluetooth driver package, but when I try to install Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, the installation went to 99%, then the installing bluetooth driver window appears and remains at 25% forever. To get out of this situation, I click Cancel tot the driver installation window. Installation of the battery then said I have to restart my computer for the changes to take effect. The pilots and the battery are all ok - toshiba support site, 64-bit, for my laptop.

I tried to install the bluetooth stack with just atheros driver mounted, with only realtek deriver, and with no prior bluetooth driver install. The behavior is the same. In the Device Manager a generic MS driver instaled. I tried to uninstall the generic driver and installing the atheros realtek or stack (on sepparate attempt of course). MS default driver is still installed instead of the specified driver. And, of course, with the battery, I get the error mentioned above, with no instalation driver successful. I tried to update the driver from the Device Manager, not through windows update, and pointing to the folder with the desired drivers, nothing works. The default MS driver is installed.

The problem I want to address is that even though I have bluetooth in the system tray icon, and I can select different options, (do not know if it is functional, as I have no Bluetooth device), is that when I want to use something from the software of bluetooth in the start menu, all programs bluetooth go in install bluetooth driver. So if I double-click Bluetooth settings, the windows account control screen appears. I click on accept, and toshiba begins to install the same driver, as shown above, with the same result - eternal timing.

I had exactly the same behavior with my laptop (C850-177).

There is probably a bug in version 8 of Toshiba bluetooth stack. Just download version 9 from toshiba support site and you will have Bluetooth stack of work:

  • Satellite P750: Impossible to install the Bluetooth Stack on Windows 7 (x 64) driver

    Hello.

    I own a * Satellite P750-02 t * (part No. * PSAY3A - T 02 001 *).

    In the order I did:

    (1) I formatted the HARD drive and reinstalled the operating system of * Windows 7 x 64 Ultimate SP1 *.

Then I downloaded * ONLY the BIOS and drivers * of [his downloads page | http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/computers/satellite/p750/psay3a-02t001/download?os=25]:

    (2) I've updated the BIOS for * v1.90* (the laptop came with v1.80)

    (3) I have installed all drivers:
    -LAN and WiFi
    -Chipset Intel latest (available)
-all video drivers (NVIDIA Graphics, Intel HD Graphics and Intel HDMI)
    -Card reader
    -Realtek HD Audio (later)
    -Synaptics Touchpad
    -USB3.0
    -IR
    TV tuner
    However, I * cannot install Bluetooth driver (v8.00.06 (T) *)...

When I run the installation program of the [aforementioned page | http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/computers/satellite/p750/psay3a-02t001/download?os=25] it detects partially *'Bluetooth USB Controller-10 TOSHIBA'* (USB\VID_0930 & PID_0215 & REV_001)
and then the installation freezes simply displaying + "install the Bluetooth driver. Please wait +.' and stay like that forever...

    I also tried to download a driver [another location | http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/index.php?page=download-toshiba] for laptops TOSHIBA - v8.00.02 (T):
and followed installation instructions displayed under "Details".
but he had the same result: the installer simply crashes...

Install fix (* KB978258 *) recommended it did not work either - the message "+ update is not applicable to your computer +" appears.
And I understand why - this fix is [already included: http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/B/A/EBA55FE2-373A-4351-9346-6D762B79AA69/Updates%20in%20Win7%20and%20WS08R2%20SP1.xls] in Service Pack 1 for MS Windows 7.

I spent hours searching the Internet for a solution. Although there are some similar cases, none of the recommendations actually worked. I tried to install:
    -WiFi driver before installing the Bluetooth (someone suggested that these two are parts of the same card);
    -Repeat Mode Setup without failure;
-* Toshiba value added package * hoping that somehow these tools will kick in.
    Nothing has worked...

It is interesting to note that when, in the interests of experimentation, I tried to run installation for my generic Bluetooth adapter (using the driver [for non-TOSHIBA notebooks | http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/index.php?page=download]) then everything runs smoothly!

    * Using connection Bluetooth on this laptop is absolutely crucial for TI
I hope that I won't get back this beautiful laptop as I know that TOSHIBA is one of the best manufacturers and I am sure, that there is a solution to this problem.

    Thank you very much.
    Evgeny.

You can use the key combination FN + F8 to toggle WLAN?
You can also see BT symbol there?

Before you begin installation battery BT try to activate BT module by using the FN + F8 key combination.

Generally avoid some problem with it. Toshiba BT stack is tested on al models proposed by Toshiba and fireplace installation BT has, in my view, nothing to see what version of Win7 you use.

Do not return this laptop. It has to do is just install drivers, tools and utilities. Please note: BT stack is included in the recovery image so BT must work.

Also, I must say that OS installation of drivers, tools and utilities on Toshiba laptop must / should be installed in the correct order. Many tools can work only and must be installed on basic stuff that can be installed with other specific tools of Toshiba.

Please send a few comments if this FN + F8 will work.

  • Re: unable to remove the toshiba bluetooth stack or install another version

    Hello

I installed Toshiba Bluetooth Stack on my laptop Toshiba Satellite p300. (Vista)

The question I'm getting is the CD has not installed the software completely, but is shown in Add & Remove Programs, when I click on uninstall I get error 2753.
I can't see BT Stack V1.2 - 2.0 installed in c:/program files & if I try and install from disk once again as I remove program then error 2753.

How can I remove BT stack of my laptop? I tried to install the later version of the site, but all I get is installed then accept then he said there still remove error 2753.
(the only place where I can see bluetooth stack is to add & remove programs)
He was appointed as something else in program files?
where is this hiding so I can rename or delete?

    someone had this problem?

  • How to uninstall TOSHIBA Bluetooth Stack and all the drivers?

Hello! I installed TOSHIBA Bluetooth Stack of [here | http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/?page=download] or, more precisely of the [here | http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/?page=download-toshiba] (8.00.12 |) Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / Windows 7 x 32 | Multilanguage) (_I have windows xp_). I tried to connect my phone with it, but it didn't work the way I expected.

As I did not, I tried to uninstall, but I had problems there too. :( I was able to uninstall it from the Control Panel / Add-Remove programs and I also uninstalled in Device Manager, but it does not work too.

It is more drivers, and they are all on my system: in my departure much I option 'connect too', in the Panel, I "Bluetooth Local COM" and Bluetooth devices Manager also lights up while windows starts... I had to remove all those things, but I don't know how? Help, please!

Also, if someone could explain to me how to transfer data through your Toshibas Bluetooth, that would be nice too - in this case I would not uninstall it. Only in this case when it seems useless to me, these drivers are only bothers me. They spread throughout the system as someone wanted to hurt me! xD

Thank you once again, people! :)

    * EDIT *: I now have to stop bluetooth manager executed departure while windows starts, so now it's less a problem. I don't particularly want some unnecessary processes slow down my computer. On the other hand, there is a problem that I have not mentioned - the computer restarts it self without reason in some cases. However, it seems that these reboots are associated with uninstalling programs - especially during attempts to uninstall toshiba bluetooth stack. Anyway I'll examine this reboot problem a bit more tomorrow perhaps it relates only to install/uninstall these drivers toshibas.

the reason for the change: I forgot to say certain things

I use laptops Toshiba and Toshiba BT for years and I've never had no problem to connect my mobile phone using the BT software. I use it mainly to transfer data (photo made by mobile phone).
It is so easy to make the connection between the computer laptop and phone so I n t understand why you have all these problems.

If you n t need it disable Autostart BT software.

    You have for Toshiba laptop?

  • Toshiba Bluetooth stack miniPCIe Perripheriques

I would like to install a Bluetooth (or combo) miniPCIe card in a laptop with a bluetooth chipset supported by the toshiba bluetooth stack software.
And on the net, it is impossible to find a list of the supported devices.

Anyone can help with this, the list maybe 2-3 devices/cards as well?
I know the mod Bios software license and battery so it's not a problem - only my installed chipset does not support toshiba bluetooth stack software.

If someone can just tell what miniPCIe has installed in the computer toshiba laptop is already useful.

It s no matter what chipset you have.
Toshiba BT stack can be used in Toshiba BT devices.

It might be possible that n miniPCI module would not be supported by the BIOS, but it has nothing to with Toshiba BT stack support.

  • How to fix his jerky in the Toshiba bluetooth stack?

Recently, I instaled v8.0.0.12 driver Toshiba Bluetooth Stack on my laptop and got rough sounf on profile AD2P. Driver Toshiba BT Stack v7.10.04 I used, and the sound was perfect.
I have laptop Sony VGN AR-170 with CSR (19.2) v2.0 + EDR and Windows 7 top controller.
Do you know how to fix this?
Will be very grateful for advice.

If you don t have to Toshiba laptop, you must contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer for support. You use software from Toshiba, but Toshiba has nothing to do with hardware built into your laptop.

Sorry, but you must contact Sony.

  • Update for Toshiba Bluetooth Stack from v5 to v8

I have laptop ASUS Z96Js (4.5 years). As a driver bluetooth for him had Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v5, but on Windows 7, I used the default drivers (I think because Toshiba Stack v7 was not compatible with Win 7 I discovered once again today).

Recent'y I had connection problems Gigabyte M7700B bluetooth mouse. That's why I discovered that it compatible with Win 7 new releases for Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v8 there and decided to try that. But when I install it I am informed that the trial period and I have to buy a license key.

Given that I was not asked or informed v5 license I guess he had a cable or something.

According to the information [here | http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/?page=enduser-info] license is somehow related to the material:
Question: The Bluetooth stack license is tied to the Bluetooth hardware?
    Answer:-Yes, it is.

Question: What is the battery for the end users?
    Answer:
-C' is a free update for all customers who already own a license for end user.

So the questions is was there any license for Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v5? If so, why I am not able to use the new version?

You understand that you use to Toshiba laptop no so I guess you're battery Toshiba BT with valid license by the manufacturer of your laptop.

Now, you are using Windows 7 and use the last stack of Toshiba BT. Have you installed old version BT you first and then installed ASUS last stack of BT from Toshiba?
If I understand you right forces you do update but own BT v8 installation, right?

  • Profile of helmet in the Toshiba Bluetooth stack?

    Hello.

While trying to connect my headset Motorola HS820 Blutooth on my laptop Toshiba Tecra M1, the laptop will only recognize the "Serial Port profile" headset and not the "Headset Profile.

I'm under that Windows XP with the newest Toshiba Bluetooth Stack installed (bltstk-s-p20-30012-.zip)

'Toshiba Blutooth utility Guide' don't mention that not the profile "headset" as one of the profiles taken in charge.

Does anyone know if the headset profile is supported or if the Bluetooth Audio devices will be supported in the future?

Is there a new stack of Blutooth? Where can I get?

    Thank you.

  • Toshiba bluetooth stack installation problem

    Hello

I have some difficulties with the pile of bluietooth driver after installing bluesoleil and uninstalled because I wanted to use toshiba stack bluetiooth.

I think one of the problems is the fact that the com port that is used to install the Toshiba bluetooth stack are correct.

Can you confirm if this can be a problem: indeed, the driver was installed using the ports: 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22.
Is this normal? (in fact all the other ports are available on the PC, but I think that because of Blue Sun installed previously, other ports have not been used.

    Thank you
    Stéphane

Sorry mate but I think you should clarify some important facts:

Firstly what Toshiba laptop you have and what system do you use?

Second: as far as I know, can be used as part of the Toshiba laptops Toshiba BT stack software. If don t have a Toshiba product, you must use the software drivers provided by the manufacturer of the laptop.

  • Problem with the Toshiba bluetooth stack

Hello, I'm having a problem with toshiba bluetooth stack. I had windows vista installed in my laptop. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7. I got a bluetooth mouse attached to my toshiba bluetooth stack in windows vista. After the upgrade to windows 7 my bluetooth mouse is not working any more and it is not listed in the list of devices. But, when I turn on my mouse, the system battery bluetooth bar turns green as when the device is connected, but it does not work and the device is still not listed. I'm trying to redetect, but it is not detected. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth stack, but in the reinstalling my devices are always listed.

Can someone help me or tell me how to manually remove all connected devices? Thanks in advance.

You have selected the option to remove all device configurations?
If not, then please try it and then reinstall the Bluetooth stack.
You can also do this via command line.
Just run the following command as an administrator:
    MsiExec.exe /x "{CEBB6BFB-D708-4F99-A633-BC2600E01EF6}" / qn DELETEALL = 1

In addition, remove the batteries from the mouse for several seconds.

Right click on the Bluetooth system tray icon > Options... > Security > view paired devices
Remove your entry for the mouse device when it exists.

  • Microsoft rather than Toshiba Bluetooth stack on Satellite P750

I'm trying to run some open software source (Dolphin wii emulator) which requires the Bluetooth connect devices, but the software does support the Microsoft Bluetooth - not the Toshiba stack.

Anyone had luck get the MS Bluetooth stack to work?

    Hello

As far as I know the MS Bluetooth stack is a part of Win 7.
    So it should be available.
But I guess that installed Toshiba BT stack crushed the driver MS BT.

Then try to uninstall battery Toshiba BT first
Then, open the Device Manager. Expand the entry of Bluetooth devices. Now right-click on the actual spending (BT device) and select "Update Driver".
Here you use the Advanced installation: select install from a list or specific location (Advanced) option button and click the next button to continue.

Then, you must choose "don't search. I will choose the driver to install' check box and click the next button to continue. Then you should get a page providing drivers available. Select the MS driver in the list, and then click the next button to continue and complete the installation

  • Satellite A100: Problem of host process generic vs Toshiba Bluetooth stack?

    Hello

I have an annoying problem with Windows XP: crash after a period undeterministic due to the crash of the generic host for Win32 (svchost.exe) services process. I tried all the updates, which are offered on various forums, my NTB is spyware/malware free (new installation). This problem occurred for me after installation of Toshiba Bluetooth stack, I had only before Bluetooth screen.

Seems to be something with the Toshiba Software?
Maybe this should be reported directly to Toshiba, but I don't know how.

    Hello

It will be interesting to know what A100 you exactly.

Just for example: I have A100 (PSAA9) with Windows XP Home edition. If you check the document instructions facilities on order page and Toshiba support facilities, you'll see that battery Toshiba BT must be installed initially and monitor BT later.

Sorry, but I think that there is no software Toshiba problem but maybe you even. Please check it out in the future.

  • Mouse Microsoft Wireless Presenter 8000 and Toshiba Bluetooth Stack

Some of the specific features of the MS Bluetooth Mouse will not work with the latest Toshiba Bluetooth Stack: magnifying glass, digital ink...

The other functions of this mouse (and the remote control works too) work perfectly. The magnifying glass, ink, etc., work only if the MS USB controller provided with this bluetooth mouse is plugged.

Lots of material and forums sites talking about this problem, that is to say at the end of this page: http://www.hardware-pacers.com/pages.php?catType=r&pid=352&id=968&pageX=on

Is there a chance to have these functions (magnifying glass, digital ink...) working with a future version of the Toshiba Bluetooth stack? Any idea of a delay? Or any idea of a tip to have it working today?

I have a MS IntelliMouse. MS has delivered additional software called Intelli-point with it, that supports all the extra buttons of this specific mouse. So I set up my mouse with the stack of Toshiba and installed the software Intelli-point after him. Now all the buttons work.

So I guess the Wireless Presenter also comes with a software taking in charge additional functions of all what this mouse.
If so, do you have it installed?
