Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community and we can help you with your problem.

To help you to propose measures to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:

1. what type of mouse you are using? Is it wired or wireless mouse?

2. is it a laptop or a desktop computer?

I suggest that you check if the mouse settings are correct.

Method 1: You can follow these steps and check if it works.

a. open the mouse by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking hardware, and then clicking on the mouse.

b. click on the Pointer Options tab and then do one of the following:

·         To change the speed at which the mouse pointer moves, move her select a slider toward slow or fast pointer speed.

·         To make the pointer work more accurately when you move the mouse slowly, check the Enhance pointer precision.

·         To speed up the process of selecting a choice when a dialog box appears, select the automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box.

·         To make it easier to find when you move the pointer in the, select the display pointer trails check box, and then move the slider towards short or Long to decrease or increase the length of the pointer trail.

·         Ensure that the pointer doesn't block not your opinion on the text you type, select her Hide pointer while typing check box.

·         To find a misplaced pointer by pressing the CTRL key, select the location of Show in the pointer when I press the CTRL key check box.

Method 2: If you use touchpad, try to reduce the sensitivity of the Touchpad and check.

a. click on the "Start" icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Select "Control Panel". Then, select "mouse" under 'hardware and sound'. You can also click on the touchpad while the cursor is anywhere on the desktop. In this screen, choose "mouse pointers."

b.Select the tab "buttons" at the top of the dialog box that opens. This shows the type of touchpad device installed on your laptop.

c. set the touchpad for right or left-handed use in this dialog box. You can adjust the speed of the double click of your computer as well. When you have finished making changes, click 'apply'.

d.Pick the tab 'settings' from the dialog box now. You can see the touchpad for your Vista machine highlighted on the screen. Select "settings".

e.Read the information provided in the following dialog box. It gives you options for your touchpad Cup, using the buttons, scrolling, pointer movement and sensitivity.

f. make any changes that you want from the various subjects. When you make a change, click 'apply'. When you have completed all your changes, click 'OK'.

g. don't some works on your computer for a while, if the touchpad is still too sensitive, return to the menu 'mouse' and continue to adjust the settings to what you get them just the way you want.

Method 3: If the problem persists, try to perform a clean boot and check if the number reoccurrs.

Place the computer in a clean boot state, then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  • Impossible to move from windows 7 to w10, even if all the pre-requistes seems satisfactory

I once could spend w7 to w10. But due to a compatibility problem at that time here (a year ago?) with other applications, I had to go back to w7. Because I think that most of the compatibility issues should have been resolved now, I decided to re - install w10. The initial check of the update on the cpu, memory and hard drives with no problem, installation went through up to 75%, then he stopped with an 0xc1900200 error code.  I have installed several times, but the symptom has remained the same. I am applying Windows10 Upgrade Wizard 9194. Tried to 9252 as well, but the result remained unchanged. Could someone give me a hint on this problem?

It seems that your cpu supports required extensions and since it works, it must

  • Unable to move rear windows on screen

original title: Miss me my open window.

Somehow, I dragged on the side and it still shows the taskbar, but I can't select it. It is out of the far away, beyond the screen.  How can I get it back where it should be, without doing a restore?

    Here's how:

    Method 1: The victory-shortcut P
    1. While holding down the Windows Logo key, type the letter P until 'Computer only' is selected from the context menu.  This will disable any "projector" or additional monitor that can be activated and move all windows of this another monitor that you can see.
Second method: the Windows key shortcut
    1. Switch to the window off the screen by selecting it from the taskbar. Even if you don't see it, it must be the active program when you press the keys to the next step.
    2. Press the Windows Logo key and either SHIFT key on the keyboard, then press the left or right arrow.  If left-Shift-Windows or Windows-SHIFT-right.  This will attempt to move your current monitor window.
Method 3: The method of the Menu control
    1. Switch to the window off the screen by selecting it from the taskbar. Even if you don't see it, it must be the active program when you press the keys to the next step.
    2. Press Alt-space, then release.  You may or may not see a menu appears, but do nothing with him directly: now, type a M to select the option "Move" in the menu.
    3. Press on one direction at all only one key.
    4. By ensuring not to click, move your mouse until you see the window.  It should be 'stuck' with your mouse pointer and moving with it.  Then, you can move the window normally and click to fall into place.

    Hello

Thanks for the post about Microsoft Community.

    c) after opening the Control Panel, you will see many programs such as the system, network and security, Internet, hardware and sound, and other programs. Click "appearance and personalization".

    d) now click on the folder option to open it.
