Impossible to pass to the student plan

Adobe is either claiming I am a Dominican student (having been in Dominican Republic two months) or simply will don't buy the plan of the student, but offers up everything. I have even a .edu email login. I didn't sign up for this plan before college and would much prefer to pay $ 20 per month for CR6 then $50 (Aka I can't afford 50 per month). I stopped and restarted my computer, now that I'm back in the United States, and tried to access through the application on my computer, through expired trials and on the adobe Web site.

Any thoughts on the best course of action here? Really appreciate an overview or advice!

If you are in a different country, you were when you created your AdobeID, you probably create a new AdobeID for the country you are now.  The country store & the Adobe ID, payment details must be same.

For tax reasons, it is not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID. To work around the problem, you can create a new Adobe ID to the e-mail address associated with your existing Adobe ID see the link for instructions:

    I initially bought the Plan before Adobe photography I was a student. I am currently studying graphic design at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. So I try to switch my plan to get the programs I need for classes. However, I canceled my current projects and when I try to buy the plan of the student, he always says I am subscribed to the Plan of photography and me kicks off purchase of the Plan of the student.     I pay for a plan of the student, but Acrobat tells me that it is a trial version while Photoshop and Dreamweaver, I downloaded, insist that my trial has expired.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)

    2 disable the firewall to enable the firewall on or off - Windows Windows help , see your machine

    3 turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.

    4. After this sign off cloud creative app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

    5. end of task manager of the tasks in the same order as mentioned below:

    • Creative cloud
    • Basic timing & sync to basic support
    • CC library & process CCX
    • Adobe Common Desktop
    • Adobe update daemon
    • Broker CIB Adobe
    • After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her

    6 launch creative cloud app and connect if it does not always help, and then follow the steps below:

    3 - Please check if you have adobe entries in your HOSTS file, if there are all the entries in it, which means that adobe is getting stuck on your machine.

    4 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

    So, I'm interested in buying the 9.99/month plan of cloud of student that comes with photoshop and lightroom. I am a student, but is also considering photography as a business in the next year or two. Is that permissible?   • Impossible to pass all the apps that require a connection

    I had this problem since the summer power on and off: as soon I to connect to update an application, the app store fails. My connection is fine and the update process starts, but closes unexpectedly after about 30 seconds telling me that I have to go to the "items purchased" (note to Apple the German translation is bad). Of course, even when I switch to the pane of purchases the problem persists. The same problem exists when trying to install all new elements it, even for free.

    Initially, I had this problem with XCode 7. I spent over an hour with telephone support from Apple to try to correct this there included removing and running traces. They let fall the ball for several weeks and when I get back in touch they had no solutlon. At some point in October, the seeming problem to resolve itself but reappeared since then and currently preventing me from updating to OS X 10.11.

    I enabled debug for the app store and tried the different options all to nothing does not. I don't see anything special except for "storedownloadd (488) deny/dev read-data file.

    Has anyone experienced something similar and managed to fix it?

    This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

    Step 1

    The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is localized to your user account.

    Select the feedback connections* and log in as a guest. Do not use the Safari connection only 'user comments' created by 'find my Mac '.

    While signed in as a guest, you will have access to your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you use them for the first time. Do not be alarmed by this behavior; It's normal. If you need any password or other personal information in order to complete the test, save, print, or write them before you start.

    Test while signed in as a guest. Same problem?

    After testing, log on to the guest account and in your own account, disable it if you wish. The files that you created in the guest account will be automatically deleted when you log out of it.

    * Note: If you have enabled 'find my Mac' or FileVault, then you cannot activate the guest account. The login 'User comments' created by 'Find my Mac' is not the same. Create a new account to test and delete it, including his home folder, after testing.

    Step 2

    The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is caused by changes in the system of third party that load automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

    Please take this step regardless of the results of step 1.

    Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

    Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

    The login screen is displayed even if you normally connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

    Test in safe mode. Same problem?

    After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of steps 1 and 2.

  • Contradictory display profiles; Impossible to pass to the custom resolution

    Problem:
    I'm trying to run a custom resolution of 3840 x 240 for use with emulators. Previously, I had this works very well on this same machine. Something has occurred where now when I run a program that is set to a resolution of 3840 x 240, I get fast scrolling of the black horizontal bars on the screen and the monitor estimated FPS is much too high - about 500 or more, but it should be just around 120. It seems that vsync is not working properly.

    I'm almost certain that there is more than one profile for this display on this machine and they are in conflict with each other. I tried to remove the display registry keys and reinstall the AMD drivers without result.

    I really need just totally shaved - I need to erase all data from the monitor of Windows 7 and I need to erase all data from the monitor of my graphics card so I can start again.

    Please help, this has happened for days.

  • I chose the evil plan (single ap). How to move to the right (student) plan?

    Hi all

    Thanks in advance for your help.  I am a student at a community college.  A little over a year ago, our program, we had to register for the creative cloud.  We were told that it was about $20 a month, so I chose the accidentally one badly.  I had the unique plan of ap.  It wasn't a problem while I only need photoshop.  However, now I need flash too.  I don't want to lose the ability to work on photoshop, as I still need.  How do the student plan?  I currently have some homework to fill this week that requires Photoshop and Flash. Thanks again for any assistance.

  • I just want to know if it is possible to go from flash to indesign with the same plan. I don't want to cancel, but I need to access a different program now.

    I'm no longer using Adobe Flash, but I now need access to the Indesign program. Is it possible to change, but keep the same plan that I currently use. I don't want to cancel and pay the fee if I have just produced.

    As I said, I doubt that they will allow this reasoning to stand as a reason for switching plans.  They don't base their plans on the temporary needs of the population.  They are more likely to encourage them to enroll in the student plan that includes applications... or possibly their more expensive monthly plan whatever, arguing your point here is not to matter as the decision rests with anyone contact you support.
