No access to applications on the student plan

I pay for a plan of the student, but Acrobat tells me that it is a trial version while Photoshop and Dreamweaver, I downloaded, insist that my trial has expired.

Have I misunderstood the nature of my project here, or I'm doing something wrong?

Please follow the steps below:

1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)

2 disable the firewall to enable the firewall on or off - Windows Windows help , see your machine

3 turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.

4. After this sign off cloud creative app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

5. end of task manager of the tasks in the same order as mentioned below:

  • Creative cloud
  • Basic timing & sync to basic support
  • CC library & process CCX
  • Adobe Common Desktop
  • Adobe update daemon
  • Broker CIB Adobe
  • After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her

6 launch creative cloud app and connect if it does not always help, and then follow the steps below:

  • Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
  • Disable the firewall to enable the firewall on or off - Windows Windows help , see your machine
  • Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.

(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

(2) delete following folders: ( If you do not see any folder skip this step )

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE ( App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista)

\Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD

3 - Please check if you have adobe entries in your HOSTS file, if there are all the entries in it, which means that adobe is getting stuck on your machine.

4 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.
