Now creative cloud allow me to reinstall Acrobat Pro?  Because he says that in the window of creative cloud Acrobat is still, on my computer and up to date, even if it is not there anymore?  What can I do?  I'm working on a Mac Book Pro.   After completing a clean system and the application "stored" Acrobat 9 cannot be updated to the latest version as "something had changed.

  The update is recommended to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat 9.

  I tried reinstalling several times and each time after selecting Acrobat 9 in the Panel configuration and installation to hit, I get the message

  "preparation for installation. But then nothing happens, the dvd stops turning and all is silent.

  Uninstalled the batch and then reinstalled according to the instructions; all work and Acrobat 9 is back.

  You can install Acrobat as many times as you want, but there is a limit on the number of activations.  If this is your problem, you should contact customer service to reset your number of activations.

  I use acrobat 9 standard for years, I bought on November 15, 2009.

  I just changed my PC (for windows 8.1) and would like to reinstall the software on my new PC. I don't seem to be able to re - download the software via the link in my account information (however I disabled it on my old pc).

  When you click on the download button, I get "you don't have to download.

  Is the only software that I can download acrobat 9, but my license key doesn't seem to work for this one.

  Could you please help me with this?

  Try going to control panel > programs & features and run a repair on Acrobat. If you do not have the updates, follow the repair with the updates in the Help menu.

  Acrobat 9 standard is no longer available for download. You need to log in to your Adobe account, if it were a purchase online and then download from there.

  If the download was previously available under your account please contact our support to http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6team.  If the download was previously available then it can be reactivated.

  Yeeees! I found the problem! For all installations! X, XI and 11.0.04!

  The problem: I moved the folder tmp of Mac OS in a hard drive named "Macintosh HD". The Acrobat installer do not like to all spaces in folder names. Perhaps Adobe could solve this problem, one day, regarding the whole mess around this installation of # $@ and Acrobat.

  The solution: move your tmp folder on another place where there is NO ROOM. That way, after opening the Terminal application:

  sudo Ditto/private/tmp/Volumes/your_hdd_name_without_spaces/private/tmp

  sudo rm - rf/private/tmp

  sudo ln-s/Volumes/your_hdd_name_without_spaces/private/tmp/private/tmp

  And everything is in order now. Or should be.

  I tried to put this post in the right place, but could not find a forum named "Adobe Acrobat 7.0" Professional so I blocked this post here - in desperation.

  I tried to remove Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 from my old Windows XP machine by clicking on the button "uninstall."  From that moment, I get weird messages every time I try to use the file Explorer.  It's as if the uninstall process required the original CD.   At some point I dug up my old CD (that I bought in 2005) and stuffed it in my CD player.   The application finds a msi file it was looking for.  At first, I thought Adobe would be happy and uninstall itself, but it still needs more.   I don't understand.  Why something uninstallation would get so complicated?     In any case, I posted a video on YouTube about it.
