Impossible to reinstall Acrobat XI against the clouds Creative

I uninstalled Acrobat XI to try to resolve a problem with display stand Retina MBP. Now, I am unable to reinstall the application from the creative clouds. The app is considered as an update installed. None of the things is true. Any help is appreciated.
