What do you mean exactly? The creative cloud App is just that - a stand-alone app that manages your subscription CC, including the app updates and active such as files and fonts.
You want an icon to click to run Lightroom? In this case, you would start Lightroom (not CC App) and either "pin to taskbar" (Windows) or "Keep in Dock" (Mac). If you need help doing that, just tell us what operating system you are running. If this isn't your question, please clarify what you are asking.

I CS5.5 Master Collection and you want to transfer to a new laptop. The CS5.5 was an update for CS3 Design standard and I have all the disks and serial numbers. I just uninstall both programs a laptop and install them on the other?
You can do it, but you don't have to install cs3 in order to install your upgrade of cs5.5.
You can launch the installation of cs5.5 and you will be asked your cs5.5 serial number. Setup will ask you then select the product (in a drop-down list) calling. Select cs3 and you will be prompted for the serial number for cs3.
Enter the correct number at the right time and to proceed with the installation.
If you no longer need these programs on your old laptop, disable (help > deactivate) before uninstalling so that you can keep your two activations.

Just install it like you did the first time (do not try to transfer from the old machine somehow) - you can download it through your account if you bought for download originally - otherwise, there is a link to download below. Your serial number should be available through your so into account your registered Adobe software previously.

If you want, you can leave it on the first machine as a backup because you are allowed to have two active facilities. If you want to remove from the older machine you should first turn it off (open an application and choose Help-> Deactivate).

Soniablanco please try to remove the following directories from users / Library/Application Support/Adobe
- AAMUpdater
- OOBE
Please make sure that you are in the library folder of the user rather than the main folder of the library. Remove these files in/Library/Application Support / Adobe / will require a reinstallation of applications to recover the files.
AAMUpdater and OOBE records are therefore two specific users may be why you see the behavior under only the migrated user account.

My local profile on my Dell's Inspiron Mini netbook has been corrupted, so I had to create a new profile, who is also a Director. This new profile is empty - none of the previous documents, photo previous or any other file. When I go to the discovery of all users, I see that my old profile is always under Documents and Settings. So I want to spend all my old data in there with my new profile.
