Impossible to reinstall CS6

I got a new iMac, used Apple Migration Assistant to transfer everything, then erased the hard drive on my old computer. CS6 applications on my new computer would not work. I searched online and found that I should have disabled CS6 on my old computer first.

I contacted customer support via chat and asked to have my old disabled CS6. I gave my email address and activation key. The accompaniment of the victim confirmed that this is a valid application key.

The accompaniment of the victim had my AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool download. I ran that, and he said that he had cleaned everything turned off. (But I noticed a few cases were still on my computer, including InDesign).

He had me download a fresh Installer and asked me to install CS6. When I try to install it, I get a message saying that Setup could not initialize. The person asked me to restart my computer, and then try again. I did it several times but still no luck.

Any ideas?
