Impossible to sign the document - processing doc

My manager is unable to sign certain documents - click on the signature field and the system gets just stuck on the screen of doc treatment. However, if I try and open the document, there is no problem. It has also restarted his device and then been able to sign the document. I am therefore convinced that the document is ok.

Any ideas on how to solve long-term restarting several times his machine isn't a popular solution!

Hi PinnacleGroup,

Seems to be a browser specific problem.

    Hey Ross,

    Look out for this option "I need to sign...". "while on the send page which gives you the opportunity to sign the first/last:

    Alternatively, you can add your own e-mail address in the list with the other recipients in the same order, you want them to sign the document.

  • If you're CC'd on a message, will you have the opportunity to sign the document as well?

    Whenever I myself CC on a message that I send a client through esign, my copy does not give me the option to "Click here for the review and the sign", so I'm afraid that when my client tells me they do not have the opportunity to sign, they are getting also not this option. East - CC strictly finds out, no sign?

    Hello Joseph,.

    As you are copied as part of the operation, you can view the original document sent out and receive the copy signed & filed final but don't have the authority to sign. If you want to sign the document, be sure to check "I have need to sign" as first or last as needed.

    Confused as to why I fill out and sign some documents of player and other times I can only sign the documents.  Why is this?

    Hi sapconman2812,

    It depends on the documents. If the document is configured to enter data, then you will need to use fill & sign tool to complete the form and sign it.

    If its only out in the signature, then you will get only the option to sign the form.

  • sign the document with 'Draw my signature' and send it via http-post

    Hello

    I have a pdf document with a signature field. When im opening with AcrobatReader XI, I can sign / Place Signature / draw my signature. I can't 'save a copy '. It works pretty well.

    Now, I place a button in the pdf document to be sent via http post to a given address. When I now open this PDF in the XI AcrobatReader, trying to sign. I can only do this with sign / Place Signature / use a certificate. But there is no way to "draw my signature."

    Did I miss an option to do this? Pls tell me if he has a chance to sign the document with 'Draw my signature' and send it via http-post.

    Or is this part of the concept? When I'm looking for a solution, I found EchoSign electronic signature.

    What is available depends on how the as is put in place. If you include a button with an action of type 'Submit form' and/or reader - enable the form, then e-signature (signature of drawing) will not be available in the player. If the document is compatible player then digitally signing will. So for what you want, do not Reader-enable the document and you can use the submitForm JavaScript method to submit. The site that has the JavaScript documentation was not available at the time I wrote this, but post again if you need help with that.

  • Impossible to download the Document using the service GET_FILE

    Hello
    I have a personalized service of custom component called from a workflow, which downloads the file in an external file whenever a recording is made with the parameters corresponding to the criteria of the workflow.
    Now the question is whenever the file is checked for the first time, the file that is downloaded only the information linking with the status message as:
    "StatusMessage = failed to download"ABC022257". Cannot find the latest revision for the element "ABC022257". »
    Can someone indicate probable causes?

    For those who might need this, we discovered this thread actually consists of two questions:

    #1-comment call a sub-service from a service
    #2-Comment get the results of calling the function GET_FILE

    Regarding the #1, this issue has been discussed in this thread: [best practices] how to call a custom Java code service (note that the solution has been achieved by decompiling the order of idocScript of executeService )

    As for #2, I happened to find http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/doc.1111/e11011/core.htm#CSSRG2319 which States that "this service call the sub-service GET_FILE, called using Java code for method intradoc.server.FormHandler.retrieveHtmlFormState ().", even once, I decompiled this class. ""

    The end result may look like

      public void downloadDocument() throws DataException, ServiceException {

        SystemUtils.trace("system", "downloadDocumentInWorkflow starting");
        String dID = m_binder.getLocal("dID");

    Note that this code has been tested in a system where the documents are stored on the file system and the returned parameter contains the full path to the directory of the vault.

  • Sign the Document is gray, option is not available

    I'm trying to sign a form that I filled out digitally, all fields are open including signature block, but the Document signed under Tools is gray. title of the form includes '(SECURED)' after .pdf.  is there a security setting that I need to delete?  Here is a link to the form I'm filling www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/infomgt/forms/e-Forms/dd2853.pdf

    using Acrobat X

    The fields in the signature area are not digital signature fields, but are rather normal text fields, so it is intended, you can type your name. If the form had fields of digital signature, you would be able to sign. The type of security they applied, you cannot create new fields of digital signature, that's why the sign is grey.

  • Help!  End users with Reader only impossible to save the document that they fill out forms...?

    Hello and thank you in advance for your help!

    I have the full version of Acrobat 9 Standard, but I also have the trial version of Acrobat X Pro, in the hope that she would do what I need it to do.

    In my business, I have a 30 page document in PDF with form in all fields.  I send this form to my clients, and they fill it in, sign it and send it back.  I wish they were able to save the document so that they do not have to fill out the 30 pages together in one sitting, they can work on the forms for a bit, then reopen later.  So far, many of my clients have complained that they are unable to save the document at all.

    In addition, even if I'm here, I would also mention that I would like for these customers to put digital signatures on these documents rather than having to print, sign and scan or fax for me to hide.  I have white signature on the PDF in question, but I want to be sure that my customers end users having ONLY the reader can this sign digitally.

    Help?  Suggestions?  Thanks in advance!

    You must enable Extended Reader rights in Acrobat X Pro (file - save

    ACE - Reader Extended PDF - enable additional rights...) before sending the

  • Photosmart 7520: Impossible to analyze the documents of legal format on HP7520

    I've read the post of the so-called solved this problem, but NOT for me.

    I use Photoshop > import > HP Photosmart Twain... I have setup the parms legal analysis and I have the document using the charger from the power supply.

    It scans but cut above the bottom.

    I am unable to find any setting in the printer to be configured for legal size, I suppose that the charger has NO need!

    I'd appreciate your help!

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hello there @Skoutariotis , I hope you're well

    I read on digitization as legal size problems you are currently experiencing and wanted soft hand with my suggestions.

    The Photosmart 7520 should be set to analyze the legal size through to choose parameters in the HP scanning software, I posted below as an example.

    If the options are not in your printer software as described, perhaps the full functionality driver and the software is not installed, which you can download and install it here: HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer full feature software and drivers

    You can also check for a firmware update and complete if necessary, which can help as well:

    Get the latest Firmware and updates

    You should see the option to select to analyze as legal size in the printer software.

    I hope this helps, have a wonderful weekend

    Hi guys,.

    When you type information in a form in the DC or Pro Player I can enter text with fields of text etc and then save, close and return later to change the form. However once I use the function "Fill & Sign" to sign the document, and then save, it locks the file and all other fields become editable. Is there a way around this to remove this feature where it becomes locked and instead allows me to change the form after a signature is applied and saved. All the security properties of the form are on 'admitted', there is no restriction. Even though the document is locked all the properties remain still as 'authorized '.

    The signing is FINAL.  You cannot sign a PDF paper advance. Complete and save, do not sign.
